Why you Drive the x3 in the eficenty Mode When you will Test the Car?

He chooses the glc63 cause its simply better, faster on track which means better drivers car, better sound, v8, better interior, I personally thinks it looks better. This is my opinion though hope no one gets offended.

The GLC63 sounds so much better. You should compare a non-S GLC63 to a non-Competition X3M. Or a GLC63s to a X4M competition.

If you want a better car, get the BMW X3M, throw a tune and down pipes and you'll be beating up on baby lambos for lunch and AMGs for dinner. The S58 engine is simply the best 6 cylinder ever.

Neither car’s exterior is tasteful; that being said, I do not understand the Merc’s interior design language. It just looks chintzy. Bmw is also more practical inside with a much less sloping roof compared to GLC. I picked an X3M in Donington gray and couldn’t be happier

Good video man keep up the good work. Both great cars. Don’t let all these haters put you down keep posting you will get better and better at it. Most these people wish they had the b4lls to start making videos like this but the truth is most of them are stuck at Mc Donald’s and cant even afford either one of these cars to begin with so don’t let them bring you down.

Let me see if I got this right. You’d pic the AMG because you like the sound of the engine? You’re not good at this. Seriously. Check other car channels and you can see how a wheel to wheel is being done. Not because you personally like Mercedes over BMW. It could have been the GLC vs Urus and you would have still chosen the Merc. ;)

🤣 the GLC is also more roomy, more comfortable, and more fun. But you're right I'm bad at this 👍 Oh and I'd have this over the urus cuz the Urus is 3x as expensive and it's not 3x more car

I try to be very objective which is what triggered me about your comment. I try not to be brand loyal at all I just have certain things that speak to me about every car. No need to apologize. Seriously you don’t need to. I’ve been kind a harsh on the inital comment, to be honest. I do appreciate and enjoy more the Bmw, but I have to admit AMG has the best sound. That V8 is pure joy and I agree with you. Now it goes to what’s best for each of us. I have chosen 2 years ago an X3 over the GLC. It was more spacious, new model and very high tech. The new GLC is something else. I am happy we managed to go over our little dispute. It was more like a fanboy clash between Mercedes and BMW. Just a neverending story overthere. I take back a phrase from my inital comment: the one saying you’re not good at this. That wasn’t appropriate. I’ll be waiting the M8 competion review/test drive. :)

I am seriously trying to understand what "more emotional" means for a car review. I can't keep up with the new generation. Everything is described with feelings lol. Tell me how bad ass something is not how sensitive its feelings are. For the record, I am a bit biased. I own a 2020 X3M Comp.

Hahah alright let me try it this way. The AMG is a huge biker that benches 350 pounds and never takes off his shades, but on the inside he is a softie (nice luxury interior) while the BMW is an Olympian that's sole purpose is to be at the pinnacle of performance. The AMG, in my opinion, is more badass everywhere but the track. Hope that helped! Hahah 🤣👍

Downshift that was a perfect decryption. Amg drivers enjoy the luxury specs as well as the power. I want self parking, self driving a bigass sunroof , cool and heated power seats. Im not a professional race car driver so why would I care to lose power seats to shave weight?

I have a 2019 GLC 63S Coupe and I can tell you it is every bit as good of a driver's car as my 2016 Porsche Panamera GTS and 2017 Macan GTS. Only WAY faster. It's an absolute beast. If you are going to use an X3M Competition for comparison I think it's only fair to use a GLC 63 in S tune.

James Broitzman you lucky man, I have a GLC coupe 43, I ordered it in Jan 2018 and it arrived in Aug 2018 (only for in the mean time the GLC coupe 63 to come out) gutted and was very annoyed with the dealer!! (He didn’t tell me or warn me) and I think it was only 15-20k more! I have so much fun with mine, can’t imagine how much fun you have with yours!! (Does drink a lot of petrol though bro!

I am sm/mid size performance SUV shopping. This week I drove an X3M Comp, X5M and Macan GTS. The X3M was my least favorite and I am a BMW guy. It is a nice car and if I was buying an X3 I would only get the M version. But they have the same wheels from M40i to M to M comp...the M car has a ton of turbo lag under 3500 rpm. Sure, you can preload it at a stop light and eliminate most of it but that is not how most daily driving is done. The Macan GTS was phenomenal. Everything about it felt high end. Just a little under powered and I know the Turbo version is out there. The X5M was my favorite that day. Good combination of comfort, luxury and performance. Next week I am driving the AMG GLC 63.

Im an m fanboy. But i think the 2021 glc63s might take the cake for me

This was one of the worst reviews I've seen on yt. Audio is often terrible.

Great review. Although I have one year left on my lease, I am looking to buy either an X4MC/GLC63S/RS5 so this review was very helpful. I found the RS5 to be the best daily but a bit lacking in power/sound. I grew up on BMWs, so it's tough to consider leaving their precision handling but damn that AMG sounds thunderous. Going to be a tough choice. Keep the reviews coming!

La you Be i actually own a BMW so I wouldn’t say that. The point of these videos is to find which car speaks to you. I give you all the facts and then I tell you what I think. I felt that I was pretty fair. If you disagree that’s totally fine, just let me know if I’m coming across as biased so I can try to correct it going forward

The answer has been a V8 only in the USA. In the civilized world it has always been a straight or a flat 6. Or a V10. Or a V12. Or a W12.

For a V8, the GLC seems pretty mundane and even the air ride suspension. The X3M clearly has more driving emotion so, I’m not sure how just having a V8 engine gives you more emotion. I mean, it doesn’t even sound that great lol

Not even the s model. Wtf dude. It’s an unfair comparison. Any glc63s vs m3comp videos would only need to be 2 sec long: “take the Merc, period”

Downshift told you before bro, BM lovers are bad losers!!! Do you know why? Cos they hate life!! They can’t afford Mercs, so they get BM’a and hope they are better than Mercs (which they never are in so many ways: Performace, comfort, Feet, handling etc etc etc. So anyone who is neither and chooses the Merc, they can’t take it and toss and turn in their sleep.
