To sing well, you can practice on that but to deliver the song emotionally, you have to feel it, deep into it. Not many singers have gone through it. WheeIn sings with her whole heart 😫

The fact that she's performing this on stage for the first time, blows me away. Such an impactful performance. 😭

again this proves that Wheein's vocals can transcend time and space. I don't know if its just me who experience a somewhat healing when I listen to her. She really is a musical genius on the different range she can perform.

Eventho you have biases in MMM, you cant deny Wheein's charming yet powerful vocal. I really think she needs to be recognize more as soloist.

I know this is not a happy song but every time i listen to it, i feel like her voice heals my soul, i always listen to this song when i’m feeling anxious, her voice it’s truly a source of comfort for me

Wheein has one of the best voice kpop has ever produced. Don't get fooled by popularity. Literally nobody sounds like her and more than her superb techniques, she has a natural story-telling ability in her voice without even trying. You either have it, or you don't.

Wheein is good vocalist, but besides OST her chill songs and breathy vocals don't attract the masses. good vocals is not enough for the masses. if IU and Wheein compete with a song in charts, IU will win. why? cause she is more popular and loved by more people. watch IU and Taeyeon Killing Voice and you will understand why they're so popular, and even Moonbyul melts over Taeyeon. Moonbyul is huge Taeyeon fangirl. Lisa of Blackpink did 75 million views in 1 day, etc so she was eligible as a nominated for award shows. Wheein was not nominated for anything in 2021 for her Redd album. if Wheein and Heize compete for an r&b song in charts Heize will win. why? watch her Killing Verse and you will understand.

@@ZeePark21 watch IU and Taeyeon Killing Voice and Heize Killing Verse and you will understand why Wheein would lose. as i said, her songs besides OST don't appeal to the masses. masses want clean vocals like Taeyeon, IU, Heize, etc and get hyped up with upbeat songs. masses want to get hyped. once again, as i said, good vocals is not enough. OST have their place and Wheein is recognized for her OST, but masses want more than OST. soloists like Taeyeon, IU, etc do OST, but they also do upbeat songs that hype the masses and that's why they're popular and get recognition. Wheein does the exact opposite: chill songs and breathy vocals. Wheein - Anymore got 1st place with no promotion. Wheein - Goodbye was 24th on worldwide Billboard without worldwide promotion. in 2015 Wheein won Duet Music Festival(1 year after debut). producers chase her to do OST. i don't see the "little recognition".

@@ZeePark21 and when it comes to groups, Kpop has shifted to choreography over vocals. whoever does the best choreography wins. vocals don't matter anymore cause lipsync and autotune can take care of it. in MAMA 2021 Worldwide Fan's Choice(the only category that Mamamoo was nominated cause Where Are We now didn't make enough sales to be eligible for award nominations) Mamamoo wasn't even in top 20. they got surpassed even by 1 year old 4th gen groups like Aespa. why? cause masses want choreography, Aespa focus is choreography, so Aespa surpassed Mamamoo. if Mamamoo comeback this year doesn't have intense choreography they will not get nominated for awards, won't perform to MAMA, etc just like in 2021. it is what it is and there's nothing we can do about it.

@@SapiaNt0mata She was on Billboard Digital Songs Sales, which is not a ranking of anything except song downloads (and she PEAKED at 24 while Hwasa peaked at 3; no hate to Hwasa but "Good Bye" should have been higher). Never said she "doesn't get recognition," I just said that the song and performance are severely underrated. She's underrated, too, given that she's in the top 5 vocalists and yet this performance has ~93k views. Stop posting stupid comments on the internet.

Wheein has an incredibly beautiful voice: this performance is absolutely flawless. I will always be grateful to her for her art (this track is one of my all-time favourites). On a side note, those camera shots of her, alone on stage, with, on the background, the instruments without their musicians, while she is singing '헤어지자' is extremely poetic and emotional. Just the perfect touch upon the already perfect performance.
