Posting a status on WhatsApp for Android is quite straightforward. Here's how you can do it:
1. Open the WhatsApp app on your Android device.
2. Locate the *Status* tab. It's usually on the left side of the screen along the bottom bar.
3. You'll see two options to create your status:
* *Camera icon:* Tap here to capture a new photo or video for your status.
* *Pencil icon:* This option lets you write a text-based status update.
