There are two ways to block someone on WhatsApp on Android:
*1. Blocking from Settings:*
* Open WhatsApp.
* Tap the three dots menu in the top right corner.
* Tap "Settings."
* Tap "Privacy."
* Tap "Blocked contacts."
* Tap "Add."
* Search for or select the contact you want to block.
* Tap "Block."
*2. Blocking from a Chat:*
* Open the chat with the person you want to block.
* Tap their name or number at the top of the chat.
* Scroll down and tap "Block."
* Tap "Block" again to confirm.
*Here are some additional things to keep in mind:*
* Blocking someone will prevent them from calling you, sending you messages, or seeing your online status.
* You can unblock someone at any time by following the same steps and tapping "Unblock" instead of "Block."
* Blocking someone will not delete your chat history with them.
* If you are in a group chat with someone you have blocked, you will still be able to see their messages in the group chat. They will also be able to see your messages in the group chat.
