hey ruby! i love your videos and style so much. you may have heard of this trick before but something that has worked for me in the past when i've accidentally shrunken wool items is to stretch them out in a tub of cool water with hair conditioner added in. this makes the fibers more pliable, but you do have to pull on the garment quite a lot for it to work. then hand wash it again in cold water to get the conditioner out and lay it flat to dry. could work, depending on how tightly the natural fibers contracted in the machine wash!

I handwash all my sensitive textiles and you can easily do it in your sink :) just need a detergant made for delicate fabrics and cold water. If i got it second hand i always soak it for a while so that anything possibly on it dies lmao. I wash basically everything that says dry clean only that way cause dry cleaning rarely cleans anything the way i want it to :))

Organic basics is since 2022 owned by Israeli company Delta Galil. I’m since then not buying anything from them and won’t be buying. I would also not feel comfortable promoting any Israeli brand for obvious reasons.

Nothing against Ruby as it’s not always easy to find that sort of information but your comment is definitely wrong! Israeli brands most time than not fund in one way or another the genocide we’re all witnessing :)
