Vegas need to keep building more modern condos

My dream pad. I rather pay the $1,900/mo HOA fee than to pay for California state income tax. I’ve stayed at the hotel part of the Waldorf Astoria before. Their breakfast is the best quality breakfast on the strip.

Thermafoil on $2.3M? I'd expect acrylic, veneer or real wood at this price

been a fan for a long time and though i still love the home tours, this was a refreshing spice to your normal content and i'm hoping to see a lot more of the condo / hotel condo tours. thanks for all the time and hard work you put into these!

Love the master room and whatever is inside that room!! So gorgeous!!! The price is not so bad if you're a millionaire. You get access to the other things, which is a good thing too. Then you don't have to waste more money, trying to find another gym somewhere and so on. The view is lovely! And I also like how there are cabinet doors to hide things. Make the house look neat! I really like the mail privacy room! You won't have to worry about stolen packages and mails.

It's actually considered a one bedroom and den which she converted the den to a bedroom. The true two bedrooms start around 3.5 million. It's the only residential building in Vegas which offers 24/7 room service to the residents. From my experience, the two main reasons for the high HOA fees is due to an incredible security team and to market to the higher end buyers (for a lack of a better term). I leased a one bedroom there when I first moved to Vegas. I felt safer in that building than the home I had purchased in a guard gated community several months later.

They have 2 bedroom units that start at $2.5 million. Don’t know where you got this information. Also, the trump tower and the Palms hotel offers 24/7 room service.

HOA aka Resort Fees. Whatever, if you have 2.3 million and you love Las Vegas this is a great deal, can't beat those views.

If you can buy a condo like this with it’s $1900 a month HOA it means that you have F.U. Money. 2.3 Million would buy an amazing Toll Brothers Home, maybe even 2 of them lol.

Very luxurious and modern and the entrance door noises are like announcing the entrance to hell like what is a modern entrance if have to use an old key to unlock the door.

I'm always curious about the parking setup in high rises. Is it valet-only or can residents self park in the garage? Does it include a certain number of spaces? Valet-only seems inconvenient, I wouldn't want to have to wait or call ahead to leave, and not have easy access to my vehicles.

I think this building is valet only.

The Amenities are very nice but it’s so small no real work area just feels cramped. And the windows could be better for view. Prefer the wrap around views. Good looking spot but 2.3 mil. I don’t think so.

But they were in one of the crooked twin buildings right in front of Aria. Absolutely no privacy. Lol
