Great video. I have bought an old mobile home which I've moved into. I tested the gas water heater which was only tested a few months ago and that works fine. The problem is with the gas cooker. I turned one of the knobs and the gas started coming out but when I turned the knob back to off position, the gas kept coming out. I had to run out and turn off the valve on the propane tank and haven't touched it since after. After looking at your video, would I be correct in saying that the graphite grease may completely dry and preventing the valve from shutting off or am I barking up the wrong tree? I have asked 4 local registered gas installers to have a look but they said it'll be months before they get a chance to call out. I am badly in need of the cooker. Thanks I appreciate your feedback and loved the video. Great detail 👍

What is an injector? An injector is an electromechanical system in a car that is involved in the formation of air/fuel mixture. This term refers to a fuel injector that injects fuel, but also refers to a fuel system with multiple atomizers. The injector works on all types of fuel, thanks to which it is used on diesel, gasoline and gasoline engines. In the case of gasoline and gas equipment, the fuel system will be identical (thanks to this, it is possible to install LPG equipment on them to combine air and gas). The principle for gas stoves is the injector, an air feed to get the right flame identical, only it works under a certain pressure that is mixed with the gas.

Hi I’ve got an issue with my Gas Hob, when cleaning it one day a lot of water got into the igniter switch and I believe that it shorted out so I’ve replaced the igniter switch, and I still don’t get any ignition spark. I haven’t been able to check the plug which may be a blown fuse but I don’t know where the power outlet is in my kitchen for the hob any ideas or suggestions?

10:37 - If I had a Quid for every carburettor jet I've cleaned out in a similar way..... :-) BUT, us 'ruffty-tuffty' vehicle mechanics used to SUCK the crap out of the jet (apparently, you get more 'ooomph' rather than blowing!) and then the job was a good 'un! No cans of 'namby-pamby' compressed air 'when I were a lad!' ;-) Of course, Petrol - the good old 4 star at least - is apt to taste better than stale cooking fat!... ;-)
