Julia, I appreciate your chicken meal ideas. I have always had trouble browning my coated chicken. Now I know to slice it and time it to cook on each side and to look for the brown around the edges. Honestly it's because I mess with it too soon. It doesn't matter which kitchen you use. You are the one that makes the show. Your meals come from the heart.

Hey, Sweets... fabulous creamy chicken pesto...easy enough for my twenty-something daughter to make...it even impressed her father. Couple nights later did the chicken bacon ranch casserole BUT instead of using pasta in the dish, we substituted about ten small leftover baked potatoes. Wow... even my youngest appreciated this one...but, then, she thinks we ought to have potatoes with EVERY meal (I don't disagree). Thinking about doing this as a side at the next BBQ. These two are definitely keepers for our family... especially if I can get one of the kids to cook! And my eldest daughter has discovered the garlic press and has labeled it, "fun"🤷‍♀️...go figure! But thanks for the content. As a 51 year old mum of four? I really like your style. God bless.

Hi Julie! Dredging the chicken in flour, then egg, then cheese [or breadcrumbs if making traditional cutlets] helps. The flower gives the egg something to cling to and the egg gives the cheese something to cling to. Everything looks and sounds delicious as usual! Thank you for sharing!
