I wear a smart watch for the weather , working out , appointments alarms , timers , gps alerts when I’m driving an I can’t look at my phone . To me a fancy watch has its benefits as well which I have for prestigious events , meetings, parties where status is at play . A high end watch is for status an a great talking piece for conversation that’s it . Enjoy what you paid for an find value in yourself before you find it in material stuff . For real, people being doing too much with Apple watches and neglect the value of the OG Carbon fiber watches like Cartier, Tissot, Rolex and of course my top favorite Tag Heuer which I personally recommend to wear on a dress shirt.

I barely use the notifications. It's more like a "I'm cool with charging u at the end of every day as long as you serve me well throughout the day. That includes 6 different alarms that I can present at the beginning of every week, timer with vibrstion so I can fall asleep during my lunch break without the fear of not waking up on time. Not to mention the fact the can change the face of the watch to whatever suits my mood and/or my outfit. So yeah, I sacrifice status, style etc for daily efficiency and tools I can have available on me even if I don't have my phone with me. Like when I'm at work for example.

Anyway I have a chance of having it and so does my brother, so I track all my stuff and so far it doesn't look like I have anything wrong. I am more fit than my dad so I could have it but it's not affecting me much because I'm active already.
