Plz mera comment jarur padhe....Omg ekdam exactly perfect bataya aapne handwriting se Maine analysis kiya aapne aap KO hi ..mughe class 1 se handwriting copy ki adat thi...aur mai jiska bhi achha handwriting dekhta tha vo Sikh leta tha..aur ye college tak chala ...filhal mai ab job karta hu...jaha Jada likhne ki jarurat ni padhati...mai dusro ki handwriting 99% copy kar leta hu aur thoda practice se usi ki tarah likh sakta hu .is Khubi k karan mai school aur college me is kam k liye Jana jata tha...yaha tak ki bahut se frnd log mughe fake sign bhi karate the....par ab mai khud ka handwriting hi ni janta kyoki situation k according mai bahut badiya ya kabhi kabhi bahut bekar handwriting likh deta hu...kabhi kabhi ki handwriting meri aise banti ki lagta h mai khud ni dekha hu. Khair Maine ye aaj tak nj dekha Abhi tak ki koi kisi ki handwriting copy kar sakta ho....mai chahta hu is subject me koi video banaye.....sir I want to contact with u...

in my opinion obviously you are right we cannot stop thinking. The only time we don't think is when we die. So we have to replace negative thought with positive one. So how we do that.? We start doing something that we like and which makes us happy. and involve in it completely which means do something..... if you will do some actions(like playing your favorite game etc) it will change your emotions and hence thoughts. ACTIONS WILL CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS PERIOD.

hum apne thoughts ko aane se toh nahi rok sakte... so when u get a negative thought..cover up that thought with 2-3 positive thoughts for that situation..... just dont let ur negative thoughts overcome ur positive thoughts..... u cant stop thinking but u can create thoughts....... many ppl say he/she is always positive.... that doesnt mean they dont get negative thoughts.... they just cover up that thought with more positive thoughts..... as we learn majority wins ..the same happens with positive n negative thoughts
