As a certified Connie supporter I'd like to say he's the most enjoyable (and adorable) character (I want to point out that in terms of regular human capability he's pretty close I mean his ability wasn't outstanding and he reacted very humanly compared to other characters in emergencies) -makes jokes at the wrong time -horribly freaks out and panics adorably -he looks on the bright side much more than other characters -his whole family was killed and he stayed almost completely composed during the emergency -hes a very good friend and never takes teasing too far (manga spoiler) -he may have been a dead weight in the fight against eren founding but he still fought against all that so you gotta give him credit
