It's Probably the same thing that happened to mine, where you attach the front disc brake, to the bike, that little bracket is in a slightly wrong spot, so when you put the disc brake on as per instructions, my wheel would not even turn. This caused many argument with my husband, he was saying its in the wrong spot, I was like how could they send out a product out like that. Well I called them , they gave me the number of their bike mechanic, Guess what? it's in the wrong spot, he gave us a fix, but the brakes are horrible, and it pulls to the right, I personally think its dangerous. I have been trying to get Virgus to fix it, or give a refund. they offered me $50.00. then in a later email its gone to $200.00 WTF I paid almost $1000,00 for this bike. I will let you know what happens, or did you solve this issue?

I am in the same boat. I think it can be done. I've seen some accessories that do it, but they are $500-600. I was thinking of trying to build something myself.

@@petervonpanda I was going to have a friend who is a woodworker, build me a little seat, kind of like a little rickshaw, but unfortunately, my bike came with a manufacturing error, that makes it unrideable, I am trying to be Viribus, to either fix it, or give me a refund. I am contemplating my own video with the flaws that my bike came with, because as you can see, there is a big You-Tibe advertising thing going on with them, I need to warn people that they don"t stand behind their product. they are targeting older people , but this bike is really too dangerous to ride as it involves the front disc brakes.
