All of this I already know because I have done science before and this is a part of science obviously secondly this is why I always blink countless times a minute and sleep is very important showers too water is good for the eyes as so long as it's a reasonable temperature to withstand and thirdly meditation helps you to focus on your breathing and thinking keeping you calm yet still alert on your surroundings so please everyone do what you can to protect your eyes and continue on learning what you should and must know because remember knowledge is power the more knowledge you have the more powerful you become but only if you actually act on it if you just sit down with doing nothing your not really showing any power you have what so ever so do as much as you can because your mind is a very clever computer.

5:44 when i was rly young I actually used to keep my eyes open when i was sleeping because when i had my first nightmare i was TERRIFIED and every night after that i was awake for ages and thought to myself “maybe i should just close my eyes and sleep”
