    Men, be leaders! Leaders remove confusion by driving clarity into the relationship. The woman should never be wondering if you’re interested, if you’re going to call, or if it’s going somewhere. Communicate clearly and with conviction. Allow her to receive, reflect, and respond appropriately.

    As a married woman, yes 👏 my husband was and still is an amazing leader and Godly man. Leadership is truly an art. Many men are too passive, many are domineering. The best thing you can do for a mature woman is to be a safe and secure person she can place trust in. Clear communication is the top way to do that.

    Speaking from experience: if you’re interested in a guy and you’re sending all of the right signals and he’s not “making a move.” I would ask him what his MBTI is. INTJ’s have one major con: they are clueless on romance. I’ve had great women drop (well it would be obvious to anyone else) hints that they wanted a relationship and I totally missed it or didn’t know that she was referring to me. As an INTJ, we fall in love with our brains and not our hearts. We have to analyze the other person before we can move forward. The point that I’m trying to make is, how we are wired is going to determine how the other person responds to us. And, we make meeting someone way too difficult! “Do I call in three days after I get her number?” “Oh! So, now I’m supposed to send a text message later that day reminding her who I am.” “Send her a DM. Don’t send her a DM.” How did it become so complicated?! Every couple I’ve ever met it seems like they were just there and it just happened. The guy sees her and can’t speak and becomes a “babbling idiot” and she loves it! So, really shouldn’t we just be our authentic self and pursue God and let Him arrange the meeting? Not that I’m any good with patience and the waiting. Overall, great wisdom!

    I agree, I has become really complicated. I think that the culture and whole concept of dating have changed. It’s becoming increasingly more difficult to find a Godly relationship with a person that will love and respect you wholeheartedly. All we can do is let the Lord orchestrate a meaningful relationship for us. There’s still hope!

    Just to interject: A symphony can have ups and downs. A multi movement piece of music. Different movements can have the same themes, but can sound melodically different. Just know that symphonies (as in a actual pieces of music) can evoke emotions. Happy, sad, tragedy, triumph. Just wanted to add that. You had a good quote about pop song vs symphony.

    Idk I understand what their saying and I have done all 3. (I'm also in my early 20's) I have played games, been overbearing, and played the chase game. Playing games will yes keep the girls attention short term, but long term it just seems toxic and is kind of just annoying for a guy constantly to be doing which is why they don't last long, or it's just too toxic so someone leaves it. Being overbearing will smother her for sure and just doesn't work lol, but i find it weird cause girls seem to be overbearing sometimes but guys typically don't mind so in response they act overbearing as well, then it causes her to dislike you so idk what the answer is there.

  • @tradertrav6414

    @tradertrav6414

    2 жыл бұрын

    Playing the chase game (you don't necessarily need to call it this, its more of a the girl is a benefit and just go about your life as an individual) works and is the right way to go about it like they said. And yeah be a strong individual and have her as a benefit, when your starting out best way for me is I treat her as a friend in my mind so I'm not overbearing but if I get good signals from her I act flirty with her, when you first start talking to her. Notice how they pace each date out around once a week, and not the next day. Thats what I mean. And as things progress you can text/call/hangout more but not smother, like still be busy. But my issue is I was with a girl for 6 months and I thought I could open up more cause I feel you should be able to tell them if something is wrong and or cry to them, but I was still to overbearing and she broke up with me. So idk its like yeah chase game makes sense but I dunno that point when to truly open up like they mention. Like if there your gf or wife you should be able to tell them stuff at some point. I feel you don't need to make yourself a mystery forever to find true love, so I guess I didn't wait long enough I don't know. At this point I have no clue so I'm just gonna trust God on this one and hopefully something works out in the future haha.

    17:19 Again, this entirely depends on the person! Some girls really DO actually PREFER predictability. So this tip might not be great for a generalization. But men - Try out different things! Try out what these ladies said, try out what I and others said -- see what works for the girl YOU are interested in!

    Hey guys, great video! Was just wondering - what happens when you want a godly man and a random guy comes up to you, starts a conversation and asks you out? Are you meant to ask if they have a relationship with God before agreeing to a date? xx

    I would recommend inviting the guy to church or to a church event. A female friend of mine met her husband, he asked her out and she invited him to church, he attended with her, and the rest is history. Honestly, if the guy says that he’s busy or that’s not his thing...RUN!!! If, you’re truly wanting a godly man to lead you, then he should be leading you to church and to Christ.

    As your sister in Christ and a married women I will say the attempt to coach men on how they should be or even think out and share such picky details for other women isn’t great in helping women grow into the image of Christ. I 100% believe that if you are a Christian you need to marry a man with the Holy Spirit YES but to be so picky and critical doesn’t remind me at all of what being a wife of God truly is about. I’m still learning everyday how to strip off these unrealistic expectations for my husband and learn to love him in the midst of his sin and imperfect. I’m learning that truly allowing Christ spirit to live through me is much more of being able to love the imperfections than the perfections. I do believe these crazy standards Christian women have decided they deserve are very unbiblical as Christ lay down his life for us when we didn’t deserve it. The Bible says don’t be unevenly yoked, meaning spirit filled and not spirit filled. Our job as women isn’t to coach a man or even have crazy standers and rights. But for US to obey what God calls US to as women through the power of the Holy Spirit. And allow the HOLY SPIRIT to work in men to conform them to the image of Christ. If you can’t love them during that process I would say you aren’t living in the Spirit cause I know Christ loves them. I think this is why women are single so long now and when they get married usually end up being miserable. Just something to think and pray about maybe that I hope could be helpful for you along your journey and with your platform ❤️

    Also my comment isn’t solely off this video I understand you are talking about beginning stages but I’ve heard other things you have shared and I think even being this detailed about the beginning sets a tone and mindset in a relationship that is pretty picky. I hope this is helpful truly only sharing In love ❤️❤️

    I agree. I've only been married 4 years and still wouldn't consider myself a relationship guru, and my marriage is incredible- but that's because of Jesus and God's Grace, not because I "knew all the things". They mean well but I will say I also thought I knew everything at 24 😂 It's all good, they will see one day, it's good they're not settling. It's cute but clearly a very immature perspective ♥️ No hate and they're not doing anything wrong, just still young. I do appreciate your perspective

    I agree with you as well but single girls are in a different season in their lives than married women are. I’m also married but before I got married I talked to an older male counselor and he told me that before I am married i should make all the requests that I want and have all the standards that I want and the man should meet them but when I’m married those have to be set aside as I pursue having a gentle and quiet spirit. You may disagree but i just thought I’d share another perspective . Much love ❤️

    ummm I dont think its a mans job to pursue you. You should be pursuing him as well. Don't put that all on him or all men. Some women are more assertive and get what they want and thats fine too. Lets not put everyone in a box. If thats how you like it then thats great but please don't make women think they shouldnt pursue someone they like.

    I disagree with the part around 9:00 minutes where you talk about a little “chase” you said that right after saying pursuit. Chasing is the opposite of pursuing with intentionality. Chase is what you do when you are trying to sell something, and pursuing a Woman of God as a man of God is not a sales pitch, but rather providing a vision for a life of mission dedicated to the kingdom and the church with Christ at the center, and offering for a Mature Christian Woman to come along side as a team member for life for the sake of that mission. I love ya Sisters. But I just want you to know a Girl trying to play the “chase games” is one of the biggest red flags for a mature man of God.❤️
