It's a bit foolish to think that! Famous can mean anything, the public eye can mean anything, some people are local politicians and have the local population paying attention to their polities, some are famous in their organisation, or their community, fame doesn't necessarily mean world wide fame, it can be local fame, fame is just a large amount of public attention and you can get attention without the whole world knowing you. Seriously, don't presume it's a world wide popstar because you might miss the person, they could be famous in their local community, I know people like that.
