Eso you’re saving my life. I don’t know how else to put it. I feel like I’ve been slowly dying. Pile 4, I’ve had years of trauma resurfacing. Deep feelings of unworthiness and unlovability. I am on the edge of not doing so well. Been praying to finally break this massive cycle.
