​@@PatisdeadWell he did things that go a little further then being a jerk, in season 3 he snitched on Super Sonic and he was brutally killed because of it. But you do have a point, he's also by far not as big of a piece of sh*t as he is in the comics.

I think he will disappear for awhile, and return as last minute reinforcements for the final battle. He will sacrifice himself to save someone else or allow the Boys to complete an important mission

Him and MM do make a good team. Let’s just hope they don’t end up getting into some nasty shit (the joke is that MM always gets into some of the nastiest, filthiest parts of the job)

He has to return, it would be hypocritical for him to convince MM not to run away and to stay and fight just for him to run away

I think Butcher uses the virus on Homelander, not killing him but briefly incapacitating him, and A-Train gets away. I just feel like his death has been too obvious this season. And then season 5 is a race against mortality between Butcher and Homelander

Also,I think hughie is gonna commit suicide when he gets to know that he was being fucked by a shapeshifter.Butcher sees this and then goes berserk mode by allowing joe take control of him and even go to the extent of killing ryan(ryan will not die obv).This theory can work cause hughie is having alot of toll on himself.

I sure hope so. I don’t think he will die until most supes die in season 5.

I thought it was one of the BEST episodes in the series… seeing the creative liberties they have taken with the live action version of A-Train has done wonders for this storyline

Using the clip of him standing up to get fakeout blown by the Deep when you said he was learning to « stand up for things » is NUTS 💀

While obviously Victoria Neumann and Firecracker will probably died in the final episode, i wonder if episode 8 or the final season will features several supes showing up in the US Capitol just like in the comics (hope the Wolverine Parody Ground hawk shows up in live action in Season 5)

Why would she die so soon? I think it's ridiculous that Homelander show up with her in office. Wouldn't it be her betrayal of not killing The President? And no one cares about Firework, I can agree with you there. All that's going on with the Supes dying around him and seeing who he REALLY is. Why would they side with him unless terrified or Brainwashed?

I love how they handled his character this season, one of the best character growth arcs in the show,

He's got a bigger part to play, he's gonna live past Season 5 and probably die in the finale of the series (which is potentially a movie), as redemption arcs usually go (Snape, Darth Vader, Kylo Ren etc.)

If Sage is really as smart as they prop her up to be then she knew a long form plan wouldn’t work because Homelander needs to take credit for everything. The Easter egg was planted when she said her grandmother was a Black Panther and died painfully. Then the 2nd egg came with the Black Panther poster on the wall behind MM when A-Train convinced him to stay. Sage has a plan to take down Voight from the start.

A Train has become a real hero and I love it.

A-train got a taste of what it feels like to be a REAL hero. Not because everybody thinks you are. But because you KNOW you are. When you do something heroic for someone else, and only you know, then you know you did it for the right reasons. A-train didn’t know it, but that was the one thing that was truly missing from his life. I think he knows that’s worth dying for. Sage definitely has a plan that’s not going to be good for Homelander, Vought, or the 7. What remains to be seen, is if it’s going to be good for the boys and the public! I’m betting A-train makes it to season 5. Ashley, sadly, will probably end here. You can tell she has a good heart (after all, she hid the fact that Queen Maeve survived.) but that’s not going to save her, I think.

i think the one supe that sister sage said homelander will never beat.... is A-Train. homelander is strong, yes but A-Train can dodge light, as we see him dodging starlight and A-Train would never allow himself to get caught. A-Train can out Homelander to the rest of Humanity turning all humans on earth against the manchild.

If A-Train survives the battle against Homelander, I have a bad feeling that majority of The Boys (minus Annie and Hughie) and he might feel the wrath of Butcher’s “Kessler” persona where the “Kessler” hallucination starts to take hold of him and betrays everyone like in the comics

You included Black Noir as one of the worse 7s, you are so wrong , Black Noir is just as powerful as Homelander or stronger, you will see. Black Noir is the true Villain of the story, he is just playing his part for now until its time to take out Homelander.

I honestly don’t think it is very necessary to kill him off. It’s pretty obvious they’re gonna do it but i’d rather have a change of paste & having a redemption story that ends well instead of it being a death sentence.

A-Train will likely return and maybe even die at the end of season 5 together with Maeve

If homelander were to run after him no but his flight speed is crazy to the point where he could catch A-train in seconds, homelander is faster than a c4 explosion he saved butcher from a point blank explosion in season 1, A-train runs at 830mph in the race when he was shooting up with V so Tbh they might make A-train faster this season but idk, if I know I was for sure faster than Homelander I wouldn’t be scared of him cause I would know that I can beat him.
