    I have lost my dad and I would take zero offence to that comment. She completely twisted the comment, took the context away (talking about eyesight and age) and she was rude by turning her back. If she took offence then okay but you can still be upset in a mature way

    The way she spoke to him was the disrespectful part. Personally I don’t joke/or make comments about subjects that could be sensitive to another person if I’m not close to them, just because I don’t know how sensitive/emotional they will be about it. But there was no need for her to be that outraged about it. It probably a language barrier. But I do think I wild how we made it a big deal. What if they don’t care, or they didn’t like each other anyway. What does it really have to do with us.

    I honestly get both sides of the argument but I think she was just coming from a place of hurt. Losing your parents I'd imagine is incredibly hard and even if he didn't do anything wrong at all, she still could've been triggered about it. Everyone gets triggered differently, even if it's over something stupid. I honestly think all of Nella's fights have been miscommunication and misunderstanding.

    Nahh i was disguisted watching this. That tweet was back in 2019 and her dad passed away in 2020. As Nella said, she open up to him about her dad and he knew she was still grieving and vulnerable. At the end of the day this is not your problem. So the public doesn't command on how Nella has to grieve. And her not wanting to talk is her choice and Fred also respected that so this podcast made me very sick to my stomach because the public still continues a problem that doesn't exist.

    You're being dramatic, this isn't disgusting. The point about the tweet was that it showed she knew it was a commonly used expression to comment on age, and that it wasn't malicious or meant as a jab that she had a dead father. She is allowed to still grieve, and do so however, but it was just disrespectful how she acted- She can be upset about the comment and still convey that respectfully.
