All secondary starters were out. DJ Terry wasn’t on the DL. I don’t even know if all of the LB starters were out there. A few were, but all 3 starters? The defense will be fine come August.

The reason I said OU and Texas would be fine is. They both have the skill athletes to compete with the best. I believe both programs will learn and start playing up to the competition. Boom!

I think the defense is going to be the strength of this team. They played very vanilla in the spring game. They didn't blitz, stunt, anything fancy. They also mixed their first and second team guys up. They also didn't have a lot of the potential starters play or had a very limited amount of PT.

Can we see a defensive breakdown for this game? The players that were on the field were the younger guys. Really would like everyone to see why we should be excited for the future..

Just gotta say 13 is a true freshman so him missing some run gaps isnt that big of a deal. But the DL has gotta get nire push

defense was mostly 2-3s mixed in with 3 of their best guys out also. i like the sooners at 9-10 wins if they come with it!

Better go hit that over with 7.5 as the over under for wins.

I also get tired of all these SEC podcasters talking about OU going into the SEC like we are bunch of middle school kids going into high school. We recruit the same people they are going after. Oh, and by the way... OU is 7-0 vs the SEC in the regular season all time. We are something like 9-6 in the post season, too. It's okay though... let them keep sleeping on us.
