Sometimes the most priceless things in life is people going out of their way to accommodate your needs. There is a lot of good people out there .
Sounds like you rescued the service truck from a group of shade tree mechanics who were missing their shade tree. 😂
I’ve been waiting for this video since the truck first showed up.
Why is it so hard for people to be good, honest people? It's a shame the seller couldn't be more upfront about things, but I believe what goes around comes around, so he'll get his comeuppance and maybe learn that honesty really is the best policy. Great job on the rebuild!
wow - it seems like the only thing you didn't have to work on was the paint great that everyone (in particular Kevin) worked so hard on this and good to see how far you go to hold a promise
Amazing cooperation from all the great people who helped out.
Wow, thanks for the update. I couldn't help but think of how much you were misled by the seller. Sounds like he was totally dishonest and/or ignorant about the condition the truck was in when you received it. You prevented a colossal accident from happening, what with so many things wrong. BTW, your videos aren't boring. You don't have to change the perspective to hold our interest. We want to hear what you have to say!

I know the seller he was an importer of Land Rovers from Australia. He knows how to pick cars and he had a build for SEMA and after that build he dropped out of dealing Land Rovers. I’m sadden to see him try and pull a fast one.
We Appreciate you Saving these Historic Relics so they can be Driven again by someone with an Interest in something really Old and Really Cool. 🤔👍🙏
Ben you didn't get scanned , you got screwed. Thanks to Kevin and with your experience and help he got it runnin . How is Kevin's wife ?

Kevin's wife just had her 3rd surgery and is recovering very well thank you all very much.
So basically what you didn't fix was the bed & the tool boxes? That's a great starting project to your channel. Love your collabs with Casey!
Huge shout outs for Kevin for EVERYTHING he got done.......
Select clip. Right click. Click “Rotate 90 degrees”. You’re welcome. 😂

🤣 fancy youtuber stuff
As someone who bought a 2006 Fummins with the same VE-pump motor a year ago, this video makes me feel a bit better about all of the stuff that I had to do on mine - I would describe mine as a running/driving parts truck, that I feel very fortunate that I made it home in from another state!
What a really wonderful idea: fixing your truck to help others fix their trucks. Awesome!
Hats off to you and Kevin for all your hard work to get this truck whipped into shape in record time. 👍
When this truck goes to shows it needs a side by side story board comparing what was advertised and what was done to truly make it road worthy. The original owner should be giving you a portion of your money back
You need to bring your IH service truck to the International Harvester show in Fort Wayne. I think it is the biggest IH show they have. A lot of my relation worked there. I know that Phil Coonrod helps put it on. I even got room if you decide to show up.
Great job, Ben and Kevin!! Truck is looking really good and yes, the little things working makes it perfect. 👍👍👍
That is a very cool idea to make the truck into a service truck and go on the road. Your channel will grow very quickly.
Thanks for the run through on the truck Ben. Looking forward to more updates.
I think the international barn build videos will be awesome seeing the service truck do what it's ment to . Ps maybe build a Jin pole set up that can mount to the service boxes then when needed attach to the bumper for use with the winch it would come in handy I'm sure.
Previous owner/builder sounds like a mouth breather
Great video!! Kevin is amazing! Even though we do not see him work, his expertise shows. Can't wait to see the truck "in service".
So glad it’s in your hands now and will be fixed properly but such a shame someone would do another human being this way! It’s turning out so nice !
Kevin sounds like a hero. Glad you’ve got such great associates and friends.
Thanks for the video Ben, can't wait to see the will it run stuff and maybe see you use this truck to help Casey when he needs an extra winch or two.
Yes, you had a ton of unexpected work to do, but at the end of the day, you have the coolest IHC service truck around!! It's awesome and I love it!!
So yah say the truck was only driven on Sundays, home to church and back. And never on a gravel road, parked in the garage in the winter. Must have sat to long, huh? What a great group of folks and you sure worked to get this done on time. Great content!
The first engine I worked with my dad rebuilding was a BD264 for his 1956 IH S-120. He has been slowly fixing the body up over the years. He has the interior and doors all rebuilt and fixed up. It is a work in progress but keeps getting better.
That service truck is kick a**! It’s such a great feeling when you know people went out of their way for you, I’ve been the recipient of that many times it’s even better you publicly acknowledged it.
Hats off too You and Kevin for getting that Truck done. And too all the Businesses that dropped everything to get it done for You..Proves there is still Good People in this once Great Country .Thank You all..I can only imagine what You paid for everything you had to get done in 13 days. WOW...I would love to have an old International .They are truck TRUCKS .They don't build trucks like them anymore ..Great Video Bud ..
Even with all the work, I still miss my 1976 Scout II, we put a 345 in it and a larger transfer case and transmission out of one of the city’s wrecked large international truck. It fit! Made our own snow plow hydraulics with a three spool sector. Even had power down enough to raise the front wheels, handy to put on chains and break ice! I moved snow in Estes Park co for years. That ole scout had 319,000 miles on the clock, and I did almost as much backing as foreword moving snow, so who knows how many miles it really had. Amazing truck! Makes me want another. Even looking online….😮 Really enjoying the no nonsense fixing, the right way. That service truck is looking good! When can I come and play with the trucks? 🤣 Keep on keepin on! 🙏😎🤙🛻💨
When you change the air filter, try to have it draw in cool air otherwise its just pissing into the wind.
I really like watching your stuff and Casey's
I don't like the "Will it run?" theme in particular as it seems that they will always run. But the idea of driving around, helping other people and getting these old trucks back on the road would be an amazing thing to do with your channel!
Using it interesting how sometimes a specific vehicle which normally would be a background piece that would come and go becomes a main character and participant on a Chanel and helps add to the identity of the channel. You have a focus in international trucks, and this rather unique truck comes on board and it becomes a star, even though there are other vehicles which could have filled that roll. From now going forward, this truck is associated with your Chanel and your brand.
You both and Casey's done awesome job getting it done especially for you all that was a lot of hard work
Lemonade is what you have there! Congrats on pulling off the impossible. You’re truly blessed with good friends sir 👍
Serendipity. Made some new friends. All good in the outcome.
Looks like you managed very well under time constraints. Nice work Mr International, great content thanks. Looking forward for next video Oh nice International
I lived in Bend Oregon for a few years, I met the best people I've ever met in my entire life at Willamette speedway and Cottage Grove, Coos Bay , madras
Amazing amount of corrective work done to make a Better than "Factory Stock" Quality truck Ben. Kudos to both you and Kevin.
Awesome job. Love it
I thought I saw somewhere that it was advertised as a turn key daily driver or something like that but my God the work you guys put into it is unbelievable. Kudos to you guys for getting it ready to take to the ORWG and let us all see it in person 👍

What a deathtrap !! 😱 Y'all potentially saved quite a few LIVES by not just driving it right-away
So the shorts video version of this amazing project is that single part you never replaced? Oh my the bolt? I kid, I love your work.
37’s down to 35’s 😭 I think it looks awesome the way it is but to each their own. Love it!
Sounds like the seller was in over his head. The good thing is now the truck is in good hands and should last several more decades.
It's really amazing how you guys have put the truck together in short time really looks good
The video I want to see is the 15 days of the rebuild! Overhauling would be proud! It's hard to keep your word. Rest in peace Robert

You, sir, have one awesome truck! And you have certainly paid the price for it, both in cash, favors, blood, sweat, and tears! I feel your pain and can empathize. For I once cut a 77 Ford three-quarter ton truck in half to mate it to a 78 4 x 4 front end there by converting the whole truck to four-wheel-drive. Lots of work, but definitely worth it.
Awesome accomplishment by all involved.
Everybody needs a "Kevin" in their lives! Love the truck, but have a soft spot for service bodies (mine is a 66 Highway, 9', on a 73 K30, long off the road, sob!). Then old tough trucks too... Thanx !
Great job!! So much effort!!! Congratulations!!!!
The wheels and tires on the truck look awesome now!!! It makes it really stand out.
Great job!👍🏽😀❤️🇺🇸
Wow Amazon good job
Such a cool truck!!
It is a good thing that this beast is incredible enough to do everything you had to do for it. It is a beautiful truck.
Wow the guy you got it from was a real piece of work. I hate it when people sell stuff and they're not honest.
Great group of people in your support system, Ben. They all know if they were in the same situation that you would help them out in any possible way. Super neat rig.
really enjoy your video's and seeing your passion for the International trucks
You guys did an awesome job on the truck. Awesome video.
Looking great!
Ton of work and coordination. Great job on the rebuild. 😊
Wow….at least you have the ability to come out the other side with an incredible truck!! Keep up the videos, you are doing great.
You have created an awesome truck. I am looking forward to many more videos featuring this truck.
More of these kinds of video's, please. I really like these.
Awesome video. Kept me glued to my screen. Keep up the good work.
Wow.. lot of work went into that cool looking truck. Thanks for the video
It's great that all these people were willing to help you! It's very generous of you to help other people to get their trucks running - I hope all goes well
I was at the wrecker games and saw your truck and spoke with you. However, at that time I had just found your and Casey’s channels so I didn’t have the whole backstory. I feel a little bad that I didn’t because I didn’t give the attention you certainly deserved. I joked with you that I kept an eye out for you as I drove down from Seattle half expecting to find you on the shoulder of I 15! I will be watching your adventures as you take your IH out in the field. Thanks! I’m a fan. 👍
I love that truck!
Love your work and I've rekindled my lust for IH trucks, thanks to your channel. Thanks fer takin' us along....
Good job rebuilding what was supposed to be ready to drive
You know Merlin absolutely loved that truck. So I wouldn't be a bit surprised if he wasn't offering his expertise and knowledge to help with that build.
Wow you boys did a bangup job on the ole yeller service truck can't wait to see the finished results of all your hard work. And everyone else's contributions and scheduling.
Ben, i always enjoy watching your channel, its informative and very interesting, thanks for showing us around on your service truck, i like your attention to detail and that quality of work you put into your vehicles, things are well done with quality work and parts , when i was growing up International's were all known as binders lol, used to help my uncle, on service calls, that was a long time ago, keep up the good work and interesting content
Cool video Ben, neat watching you do this. You guys have been busy!
@ 15:24, I guess I'm not the only one that makes funny noises getting up off the floor. 🤣
Great video Ben. Thanks
BWT how's his wife doing ? Tell them been praying for them. Kyle
this ride is comming along
It looks beautiful!!!
It really turned out great and my hats off to ALL involved. I want to give a special shout out to Kevin and i pray things are better in regards to his wife so hoping she is doing better.❤✌️
Hats off to all the "helpers"! A used vehicle is often someone else's problem.....
Awesome video
I like the video and the project. I'm getting my 68 Travelette going right now. I am interested in the "E Brake" kit you mentioned as mine will need that component. I am also really interested in seeing your "patented" seatbelt cleaning method, can't wait!
That was a lot of work to get it ready to go to the wrecker games!
Fantastic build guys!
Ben, at the end of the day, you bought a bunch of parts that the previous owner put together, mostly wrong. It's good to have friends and contacts that can pull you out of the quick sand when you are sinking 😉 Good job to everyone 👍👍
Love that truck. I used to have one that exact same color. It used to belong to Southern California Eddison. It was only a single cab and a bear chassis .I put a flatbed on it and used it for my firewood truck. It was at 1310 Siri‘s I believe it was a ton and a half. It had a Dana 70 front axle and an international rear end that was huge. 488 gears and I ran 36 inch super swampers. With a 345 international engine. It only got 9 miles to the gallon loaded or empty. luckily, gas was cheaper then.
That’s an awesome truck way to go Kevin
What a great video! Looking forward to working with you guys!
Love that truck. It is really cool.
Really like how you've straightened out this truck. One last mod: a 1997 7.3 Powerstroke. It's sacrilegious to have a Cummins in an International !
The Ol'Lemon back on the Big Screen again atlast
I owned a few IHs an that drag link is a flaw. I don't know who thought it was a good idea to put it in front of the dif, but they always hit something and get bent. Mine had angle iron welded onto it. BTW, I love that truck.
Damn that was a well deserved like on this one.Subscribed!
Damn! Great job
Awesome I’m actually looking at a travel all and a scout that have been abandoned If it works out I’ll let you know the outcome I’d love to work with you to resurrect them enough to make them drive👍
