What could possibly have happened to the skirting? It looks like karate class was practiced on it.

It's nice to see this house turning into a home again but it really sad to see how many toys were just abandoned by whomever lived there. They could have been given away.

You could always put the items with potential out near the road with a sign that says that it's free. The plastic children's items usually clean up really well and some child might be thrilled with them. If they aren't gone by garbage day, pitch them.

If you all want to keep the toys and they are not brittle you can power wash them. Clean them with soap and water. To bring them back to like new looks, just use a torch and torch the oxidation off. They will look as new. Should check out the video torching plastic bleacher stadium seats. Also work good on black plastic car bumpers.

there’s a good chance those homemade blue plant pots were used for cannabis. that’s what I started outdoor with many years ago.

Your wife is NOT wearing proper shoes to be cleaning out trash from overgrown wooded areas! Tear down the deck it’s a safety hazard. The outside toys pressure wash & if you don’t want them put by road with a sign “Free” they will disappear 🤗
