Ash, and these videos have helped me so much rebuilding me mates gear box. take it apart, measure, many times over, "rinse and repeat".. something was still not right. another friend with experience asked if I checked the shafts for run out? uh, no. back apart, sure enough, countershaft with a wee bend. replaced. Done.
