WHO WE ARE:
We are Christina, Katherine, Lisa, Amy, and Lauren Cimorelli, 5 sisters originally from Northern California who are now based in Nashville, TN. We grew up singing in a big family of 11 children and our mom, a classical pianist, taught us to sing in harmony when we were kids. We got our start in musical theatre productions, doing classical pieces in the church choir and performing barbershop harmonies at nursing homes for the elderly (back then our grandma was our agent).
In 2009, when Christina was 18 years old and Lauren was 10 years old, we posted a cover of us singing Party In The USA that ended up going viral. From that video, we were discovered by a manager in London, and shortly after signed with Universal Music Group under Island Records. We moved to Los Angeles in 2010, where we lived and worked in the L.A. pop music world for 5 years, before getting extremely burnt out. We realized a major label deal wasn’t for us, left our label and moved to Nashville, TN, looking for a new start. In 2015, we officially became Nashville-based, independent artists.
Since then, we have written and released 5 albums of original music, toured all over the U.S., South America, and Europe, performed at festivals in Germany, Spain and the Philippines, wrote a book, Believe In You: Big Sister Stories and Advice on Living Your Best Life, started a podcast (The Cimorelli Podcast) and reached over 1 billion views on our KZread channel. Currently, the 5 of us sisters are embarking on new journeys of marriage and starting our own families (Christina, Katherine and Lisa), and figuring out life as twenty-somethings (Lauren and Amy).
Our goal with our KZread channel is to constantly challenge ourselves to grow creatively, and to make videos and music that is positive, uplifting and innovative. Our Christian faith guides our decisions, and we will always create content that is family friendly, while not being afraid to touch on topics that we believe are important, such as mental health and personal growth. I feel for Lauren so much. My anxiety is sometimes too much. I also have days where the grocery store isn’t the scariest part of the day. I wish I could give her a hug because I know how it feels. And it’s okay to feel that way!

Can be quite daunting showing people what you eat in a day cause of people's own standards but I bloody love these girls for putting themselves out there and making food fun and a blessing to have. This made me hungry as heck so imma be out and make me a dang meal. Peace ✌🏼

These videos are always pretty cool😊 Always seems to reiterate how real and normal you all are. Very relatable😉! Also, Lauren, I am the same way with shopping. Can be very overstimulating and too many people🤪😆! So I definitely understand that!

I think I’ll most likely be like Lisa when it comes to making food if I have kids someday. Meals that just need to be assembled/quick make is honestly what I’d prefer to do and do just that most days.

Hi Lisa, thanks for always being so honest and real! I'd like to share my son's peanut allergy experience in case it helps. So our family ate peanut butter all the time but my son developed a tickly throat thing. When he was 7 I had him tested and he was off the charts anaphylaxis! He was eating a big pb&j when I got the call😮 I got his EpiPen and took him off peanut butter but purposely never avoided traces or processed in the same facility labels because I didn't want him to become so deadly allergic. He's doing great and has even accidentally had some cashews in peanut oil and one accidental peanut in some ice cream.(he's in his 20s now)
I loved Amy’s, totally inspired! Also, Lisa, I do that too - lecture myself or others about healthy food and then I get ice cream 🤣

😂Did anyone else enjoy watching this WAY MORE than you thought you would? Cuz honestly when I saw the title, I was like: “okay different, which I like, but Never watched a vid like this, so have no clue if I’ll be intrigued” I haven’t missed any Cimorelli content and I am always entertained, so of course I watched :) Very glad I did and really hope you guys continue to make these diaries :) I’ve enjoyed them all😃
