Avocado fries are the best!! You know when you've got an avocado that refuses to get ripe? I had one. Had it cut open in my fridge, in a bag of apples, for 2 weeks!! Would not get ripe. Would not even get brown. So one day, I cut it into fries, dipped them in a slurry with cornstarch and water and some spices, rolled them through some bread crumbs and air fried them. A-ma-zing!!!

Fantastic about the potatoes 🥔 to my favorite meal, ❤ occasionally one of those pies. Inspired is noodle soup 🍲 Thank you TVG

It always amazes me when my friends claim I'm "missing out" with a vegan diet. The opposite is true - my diet is vastly more varied sinced transitioning to vegetarian then vegan (24 years, 10 ovo lacto, 14 vegan). Early doors i discovered a love of indian food which opened all kinds of doors. Mexican and Italian are also easy to veganise, as is Chinese.

Can't beat the noodle soup, it has become a regular in my house now. The brinner made me laugh, because the kids have their beans in a gu pot 😂. The pasta dish looked incredible 💚💚💚👌

Another wonderful week of inspirational food. I always think your salads look absolutely delicious. Glad the avocado fries were a success.

Lovely beginning with 'fur baby Isis' cat walk. Not had waffles for ages. Might have to replace the hash browns next time we have brinner! After this vlog a swift B&M shopping trip resulted in a good cupboard stash of them there vegan curries. 😊🫢😋. Cheers you guys

Beautiful. What a gorgeous week of meals!!! Who says vegans lack variety?! I just love your enjoyment of the food. Scrumptious! I like the shredded cabbage mixed with peas, with pie, as I tuck into an OMV pie; and the noodle soup and pasta I must try. Thankyou! Oh, and the avocado fries!!! 😺🧡👍💜

I bought loads of comfort food last week as it was getting chilly but it's all sitting in the fridge as I'm gasping for an ice lolly right now lol

.. quite look forward to yalls meals vlog...so many tasty and gorgeous meals to choose from and although i rather favor a brinner..and pasta IS my kryptonite(🤷)...i will be choosing the burger and avocado fries dinner...those avocado fries...🤔i shall most definitely be on the search for them🧐 yummmmm 💚 -tracee

Thanks for sharing. I was just at the grocery and frozen vegan selection was blah. The selection that was available was upwards of $6.99 for 4 veggie burgers, chikn’ pieces $8.99. The states (Southern California) sucks. I need to just spend a day, make and freeze vegan burgers. This weekend I’ll go through your recipes and get ingredients. Bye loves…

Lovely meals as always, I like the look of the noodle soup the best. It's the sort of meal I love but my kids wouldn't even entertain it so I don't make it often.

The burgers making me wish I’d planned some for the coming weeks meals. I’ll have to make sure they’re on the menu when I do meal planing next Thursday.

It’s thhhhhhhhheeeee shitting of the salad, it’s shitttttededed 🎶 You’re asking me to choose a favourite when you have some fantastic meals!! How can I?! 🫣 the pasta dish on Sunday & the wraps on Monday are definitely 2 that I think I’m going to recreate though 😋 X

Love the potatoes but hard to get them in Glasgow very few fruiters sell them I think it is the price lovely in a salad 🐝🐝
