I thought Funky Beat sounded a helluva lot like What U Need Is, figures there’s a remix of the two. Man, I was dancing from start to finish, truly a masterpiece! Stuff like this just makes me sit and think about how cool music is that this could happen so cleanly. That finale at 2:28 was MIND BLOWING, HOLY COW!!! Great work!

this is super good with how much is going on in hideki naganuma's songs i imagine its easy to make a mashup sound like too much, but this isnt too much its just right

I have only now realised this, but the main melody that you hear in the start of both songs is clearly the exact same sample, and even the beat sounds similar. Also, the female voice heard at around 2:16 in funky beat has definitely been used in a sonic rush song before
