Good bless you sis.. early symptoms ah matum ignore pana koodadhu.. what ever it is.. I've diagnosed with testicular tumor when i was 28.. just testicle pain nu ponom, doctor thought it was an infection but also he suggested for ultrasound.. ultrasound la tumor nu identify aachu then went for MRI.. aparam they operated and removed my one testicle and frozen biopsy indicated it was a cancer.. then normal biopsy ku send pananga, meanwhile pet ct eduthom eadhuchu spread irukanu parka, by god's grace no spread and normal biopsy la cancer ila nu solitanga.. you will recover soon sis.. stay strong
