Ahtisa’s answer wasn’t impactful and no substance. She only answer the “who” and didnt answered the “how did it improved your life”. It would be better if she was able to insight some examples on how impactful her grandmother was to her life. Christi’s answer is a bit cocky which seems like her “overshadowed by men” statement is a bit no no to the judges, knowing that majority of the judges are men. Baguio - she’s so nervous and couldn’t be able to deliver her thoughts in a relaxed way however she did answer it well. Stacey- she delivered the answer well but its like a redundant answer to what baguio said about “limitless” which is I think making it more like rehearsed kind of answer. Chelsea’s answer I think was more of her personal experience in life which made the judges chose her. She started with “As a woman of color” which I think a very powerful intro particularly on her race as an afro-american. She citated about her mom, about sisterhood and how to believe in yourself. short, relax and very much impactful on my point of view. rooting for QP and Iloilo btw but I agree to the winner. its pretty clear that she stood out on the finals night.
