@@Ratchetzillastudios This attitude is literally exactly what they're criticizing, your opinions should not be the final say on what is and isn't a good Transformers series, there are so many other transformers toy lines, if one toy line isn't for you, just go for another like Studio Series or Legacy, or if one show isn't for you, there are so many others out there to watch instead, just because one version of the franchise doesn't work for you, doesn't mean others shouldn't be allowed to enjoy it.

EarthSpark getting canceled was inevitable but I thoroughly enjoyed the characters and I hope the Terrans end up in other pieces of TF media outside of the show

I'll miss Earthspark if it does get cancelled since the two Terran bros. Thrash and Jawbreaker became my favorite characters ever since I watched the show. Maybe watching the Transformers ONE movie when it comes out will calm myself down from Earthspark's cancellation lol.

im not a fan of earthspark... but if you hate the show because of the representation theres a problem, i dont like the show because i dont like the artstyle and the concept, if you dont like something, not like it for a real reason

Finally.. Well, it’s time for a Animated marathon!!

Would love to see a Transformers show that dares to be different like Beast Wars, Unicron Trilogy, and Animated. Each of these twisted the formula and added new ingredients. In my head, I like the idea of having Shockwave as the main villain. Have Megatron as a red herring and show that Shockwave had killed and then cloned all the decepticons. I would love to see Shockwave almost succeed in taking Earth over. I'd love a secret Autobot clone that Shockwave inserts that leaks all the Autobot's plans to Shockwave. There's other ways to twist things up, but that's the idea I have.

Unpopular opinion time ✨ Earthspark isn’t amazing but I wouldn’t call it bad in any way It honestly pisses me off how often people compare it with Prime and other shows, and yeah, compared to them, it’s kinda shit, but looking at it without thinking about other TF media, and not being pissed about the inaccuracy and different feel, it’s good enough for what it is and is trying to be. I watch shows for what they are and in my eyes, Earthspark is a silly show about found family, it’s really sweet and wholesome, while also having hints of darker themes (especially the finale) and I really like it for that.

if it means less earthspark slop clogging up store shelves then I'm all for it

Not surprising that this cartoon is being cancelled after just 2 seasons. Since we are getting a cartoon movie coming out, I bet they will make a cartoon that connects the movie and next series together. The company would not waste the opportunity to continue with the movie toys with a completely different cartoon. They need to stretch out what they have developed with the movie. As for toys, I hope Hasbro comes up with new designs and new characters. They have milked the G1 designs to death and there is kind of a back lash because they usually end up on clearance. I believe that Hasbro really put themselves in a bind with them limiting the toys to scale in with one another. It looks cool, but it also restricts what they can come up with. They really need to move away from in scale toys and just come up with new toys.

Wow. Got a news flash for ya, I was already excited for the Transformers ONE movie so far after seeing both the trailer and toy reveals, I already let my enjoyment for Rise of The Beasts get destroyed last year even tho' I already saw the movie and had no shame of liking it whatsoever, so I hope I won't let that happen with ONE either XD lol.

Hopefully we get Transformers Bravemasters like how Hayato Sakamoto always wanted to. Or a season 4 TF Animated, Transtech or a Prime continuation. Anything G1-same looking is gonna be a bit...no, lot boring if you don't got variety. I really miss the days of the early 2ks. I have to say 'Variety is the spice of life'. Keep doing the same thing and it just gets stale afterwards. We really need something like Car Robots/RID '01 - Cybertron for that good ol' anime shtuff. Look at what's popular now anime-wise. We gotta have a TF anime now and then.

Could be, but as the only Transformers fan that's ever fond of Earthspark unlike the fandom itself? Nightshade may not be my favorite Terran character but I don't hate them either, usually my favorite Terran characters are mostly Thrash and Jawbreaker cuz' imo I think they're pretty cool especially when they're in their their alt modes such as a Motorcycle with Sidecar and a Stygimoloch.

The big problem in the room no one wants to talk about is Generations. It's the main line now and directed towards collectors. It has no media really pushing it outside of Bay Studio Series, so it's sales potential is capped. Not to mention being 'mini Masterpieces' makes the toys not durable enough for kids. Meanwhile, the main line toys are frankly, junk, and have been since Prime Beast Hunters. The shows have been trash since Prime, I can't imagine any kid liking them like they did G1, BW or Armada. Classics started as a stop gap between Cybertron and the 07 movie. It wasn't meant to become Generations. Universe 2.0 is a culmination of the success of Classics and the 07 film, the brand could support it. Classics / Universe 2.0 also had a very different design philosophy under Aaron Archer, being largely updates to classic designs and at their core, still toys for kids. Durable and fun. Then you get into Generations, especially around Thrilling 30. Things start changing. Durability and playability start leaving for complexity to appease adults. The brand hit a down swing with Prime too. We're now in a situation where the movies and cartoons aren't doing well enough and something has to give and it's the thing that should be helping the brand continue, the kids line, giving. Transformers would benefit a lot from giving Generations a break, focusing on the kids line and really making an effort in it for a change. Unfortunately, the community and Hasbro staff seem more interested in the past rather than the future.

The problem with this whole situation is kids today don’t play with toys very much when they are playing games on their phones all of the time. I think that that’s what the true problem with why toy sales are not as good as they used to be. But then there’s also poor distribution of the products which leads to collectors who can’t find the items that they are looking for and maybe even the scalpers who aren’t helping much either.

I'm sorry for the fans, but personally I couldn't get into the show. It was a neat idea but not executed in a way that appealed to me.

I’ll be honest, I think all transformers shows are overrated, yeah, G1 is my favorite, but it’s riddled with animation errors, earthspark, while well animated, has the same issue as tfp, which is uncanny valley faces, nice animations btw

I Really Like That Show and They Shouldn't Canceled It How About They Finished The Series With Season 3 Or 4 and Then That's It.

Its a shame, it was real breath of fresh air compared to the netflix vomit, the machinima disaster, and rid15 being a callback festival. Sure twerps can say "it was woke" but like?? Barley?? One nb character hardly constitute's "woke" and the shows social commentaries were surface level at best. If anything it was tackling stuff a bit too complex for the inteded audience at time and couldn't really stick the landing sometimes. If anything a lousy toyline and horrible production schedule killed this show. Being on a platform no one had didnt do the show any favors. Any other tf-show would have had it's second season by now. Hell i would've liked to see a prequel or episode focusing on the Megatron fallout, its an interesting premise, but the series just never stopped to flush anything out.

I was actually fond of RID 2015 when it came out since I didn't care much for TFP anymore but whatever lol. Welp, since Earthspark's getting cancelled? I guess it's back to my *real* Transformers childhood favorites Beast Wars,RID 2001,Unicron Trilogy,Michael Bay movies,Animated, and Rescue Bots for me while also excited for TF ONE after being the only Transformers fan that enjoyed ROTB unlike the fandom that only cares about Bumblebee 2018 and the 1986 movie even if the only thing I liked about those "beloved" two movies that don't mean anything to me was the music.

Honestly me personally it never really interested me at all. Just didn’t feel as creative. There are so many new ideas that can be implemented to spice it up.

Oh no, not the end of yet another G1 Transformers related show... Anyways.

Ratings are dead for a dead show. Merch and toys are showing up across Ollies/Ross/Discount stores across the country. Conservative parents, including Muslims; do not like the LGBTQ content target after their children. Transformers as a brand has been damaged, not knowing it's own identity and alienating all the Gen-X and Millennials in the process, whether it's the drastic tone changes from Prime to Cyberverse/Earthspark or ignoring the legacy Anime series before it. You strap guns on toys, they better use the guns, not one-liner "Marvel" quips and lazy writing. At it's core, Transformers has always been a toy line, using 20 minute commercials disguised as a television show. The toys were fantastic, it was literally a 2-for-1 considering what was on toy shelves were back then. You had a robot and/or car for the kids to play with; not to mention the guns! Modern day Transformers are literally over engineered toys, designed specifically for adult wallets in mind. Inflation is just an excuse by corporate suits. Pokemon booster packs have been $4 for nearly 20 years, yet a Deluxe class slowly crawled from $9.99 (same period as the first Pokemon TCG set), to $24.99, not before it's $5 price hike. If it's materials in manufacturing, how does Barbie & Hot Wheels are still able to maintain reasonable prices for the past 20 years? There's already talks about increasing prices across all Transformers class sizes again (including scaling them down in size) and you still have these sheep that are going to say it's just inflation. No, it's not, it's trying to break the price ceiling because HASBRO knows that grown adults are buying the toys for themselves. It's not longer a product priced and sold to children, it's a product now designed and priced specifically towards adults. You're not going to appeal to children by just having ADHD induced lazy kid show writing and the toyline that can be mistaken as a shampoo bottle. Which again, said shampoo bottles are all scattered across discount stores in the United States. Focus on the toys, being toys and then focus on the "20 minute commercials".

I don't care about that content either but not for parents or countries' sakes except my own, besides the only thing I liked about the Earthspark was the 2 Terran brothers Thrash, the motorcycle and Jawbreaker, the orange dinosaur, that's freakin' all. Problem with earthspark 1.Toys Much of low quality 1 step gimmicks. No good scale class. Nightshade looks like best figure in the line. 2. America politics is still polarising as hell If you have too many colored or any lgbtq characters, "con-servatives" and chuds will clutch their pearls, and everybody's kids as their kids. Just like liberals with police. That Lupat cannot be adapted into power rangers. 3. Time and location Show keep going off and on. season 1 episode 1&2 off season 1a off season 1b Plus piracy, no one wants to pay for multiple streaming services and yes, I am part of this problem. 4. Merged paramount and sony or something? Good news, earthspark could have 52 episodes which is the average episode for UTrilogy series. Sometimes, it is not amount season or time , it's the episodes. The political storms will soon fade into history books, that why it is polarising right now.

Transformers Animated has 42 episodes, Beast wars has 52, Prime has 65 and Cyberverse has 64, RID adventures has 71, Car Robots has 39, and prime has 65. Plus grew up with Unicron Trilogy. 52 is just average. RID Adventures having 71 episodes is beyond me. I love Animated and UT. Unrelated note, each Kamen Rider heisei/reiwa "season" series get 50 to 52 except Decade.

Well this stinks, cuz' ever since I watched Earthspark? I had fun watching it, and the 2 Terran brother characters Thrash and Jawbreaker became my favorite characters in that show too lol. Okay all first begin with my thoughts on the show I absolutely f****** hated it the design for Optimus was trash Megatron Megatron the main niggaa the main villain the little boss of the decepticons being a good guy disrespecting soundwave and every decepticon that was generally stupid and what's up with the pronouns with that one character nice cream like Susie what the f*** was up with that that was not on that was uncalled for as s***the show was like literally a horrible fan service just came to life the first run of the episodes were just just normal bumblebee showing up and having a new mission big bumblebee fan by the way summon new characters have character Grove some of the voice actors are phenomenal but come on I'll bet you're right about something the toy sales suck ass that need to change that The clash it has to stop he needs to go back dear couple changes don't get me started with the changes this is transformers again you're right they change and evolve play always been how's the robots fighting evil robots that's how it's always been that's a plot that's the entire history of transformers you can just automatically change it did we just change something like that and what's the point of making a transformers story at all Play take a Spanish for example we made like better stories in in Hasbro heck after I get all my answer because I'm about to make my own transformers fan-made series cigarette as a crossovers of all the best transformers series not Earth bark what is the only gripe I have with it after season 2 get canceled I pray to God can we get a series the take us back today's of of the g1 to the beginning of beast wars to the rise of the unicorn trilogy to the birth of animated universe to the golden opportunity all the beautiful universe which is modern day transformers history of the aligned continuity the sweet fury of badass 3 from cyberverse and Netflix siege to the short films combiner wars and the power of the primes and the glory of Travis bumblebee movie amazing but not perfect the proper and right designing a rise of the beast and a little bit of Bayverse even though he's a selfless prick but that's not the point the point do we want a great transformer show that's memorable so children can remember to know the origins for the next generation to see I love the transformers as much as the old geezers like us did by the way I am a 2007s kid anyways like I did for years I've been researching for transformers media became the biggest fan of the graphic and dark IBEW comics not the cringe-worthy ones I'm just stating that so I can let you know again anyways I just want the next generation to have that vibe like I did go on their own journey to make a perfect transformer trilogies universal story so they can continue on for generations at their generations of long till we're gone will it be a memorable icon do they could be happy to enjoy seeing the good robot fight evil robots that was transformers was always about it was like that during the first page of the first marvel comic that will begin in that word she'll end in the words of Optimus prime and his voice actor tell all our one baby

Not surprised. The family, the new cringe bots, Megatron being nice, optimus' long face... all stuff fans do not want. I gave the series a good chance, there was some nice fights and desings, but just too weird. The toys polute the toy shelves. Good riddance!

The show is actually good, despite the terrible animation designs and its wokeness. It has a good plot despite everything, kinda like a kid friendly version of IDW.

When you were a kid, kids played with toys. They don't anymore. Hasbro has to reach them in Tik Tok or in Cyberverse episodic shorts or through Fortnite, Minecraft, and Roblox. They are not interested in watching a 22 min show with commercials on Nickelodeon anymore. Also take a look at the toys, they're not the best. And Hasbro likes recycling and repackaging failed toys that didn't sell before, particularly Cyberverse toys. Another reason the show didn't do well is the older generations hated it. They looked at it with political tribal eyes instead of just shutting off and being entertained. These people would see politics in a dog pooping in grass. They didn't give it a chance and also thought it was too kiddie... but all the Transformers shows were aimed at kids (except maybe WFC which was aimed for the trash can). But be careful, change for the sake of change doesn't always go over well. You can lose your identity. Yes the name is Transformers but from the start it didn't imply the brand was to be like Amalgamous Prime. They strayed far from what made Transformers Transformers in the 80s that the whole thing died temporarily. During the G2 era is when there needed to be something new and what they had that was new wasn't doing well with the newer kids on the block at that time. Kids weren't interested. We're back with that scenario. All the kids I know could care less about Transformers (and believe me I tried to get them in by buying birthday and Christmas gift Transformers and they toss them). They want gift cards for virtual currency in games. They did try something new and it was Beast Wars and even that needed to be tied to G1. Then they went crazy and did Beast Machines and how did that turn out? I also hate to say, the reason you feel like you do is because you were used to all the changes. All the trademark saves were mishandled and thrown about willy--nilly and wasted on figures that didn't match their alt-modes, personalities, or abilities. A lot of us original fans never liked that every show was a change, especially the Unicron Trilogy. But that goes back to the original Japanese shows and how they weren't exactly serialized shows. I will always go back to Mickey Mouse as an example because while he may have different outfits, he's always recognizable and always a mouse. It's 100 years of brand recognition and it sounds like you do not want that for Transformers. As though it has to stray so far away that Optimus is never leader, never a truck, and everything is brand new at every turn. That would be a sure-fire way to ensure the brand dies. But that's also your nostalgia guiding your opinion.

@cnjetixnicktoonsenjoyer2002 I watched Beast Wars and collect Beast Wars. I loved that show. But what I hate about the Unicron Trilogy is that it did terrible trademark saves on names of unrelated established characters. It's like Disney naming some other new character Goofy. I tried watching Armada which dragged on and Energon took me three years to complete because it totally lost me and still, I can't tell you what happened in either show. I just started Cybertron and so far, it's better than the other two... but I also know they weren't meant to be sequel series as presented in the US. Perhaps they should have been as they were in Japan here. It is not that you shouldn't be Transformers fans, it's just that what you had, like you say about G1, wasn't so great and it is also nostalgia that influences opinion. I don't have to like UT as you don't have to like G1 but without G1, there'd be no brand. I support evergreen designs and names that help build brand recognition. It does not help when Optimus is 17 different things, Megatron has 30 different alt-modes, Ratchet can be any character. That doesn't help the brand. They did their experiments with different and now it is about what the general public knows as this or that character and this or that character turns into this reliably.

I have wondered why they have not turned Optimus into a tank and Megatron into a tractor trailer. They could have brand new crews without the Bumblebees and Starscreams. People do want new Transformers... but no trademark saves... totally new. That might work. (I do have to confess, my original comment was made before finishing your video... you always get me responding to one point before completing... plus I had to run an errand so at this point I still haven't finished)...
