Amazon has some with a silicone strip that stay up on me. I expect them to fail eventually but they’ve been through the wash multiple times with no problems yet

I have yet to find a white or almost white sneaker that’s as comfortable to walk in all day like my Nike Air Max shoes. So, I have them in white, gray and black and a pair of white, black and gold. They look more trainer-ish, but they work the best when walking a lot.

I feel your pain! Lululemon is the ONLY brand I found that doesn’t slip. They have sticky pieces on the heel tab that keeps them up! So excited I FINALLY found some that work on my long, narrow feet. A little pricey, but they don’t slip!

I know we aren’t supposed to buy from Facebook because it could be a scam but I took a chance and bought Oondo, I LOVE THEM. They stay put, don’t slide up and down, and I when I get home I take my shoes off and wear them all day long in my house. The best!

I'm 73 & I'm looking at my new Adidas gray and white sneakers, and now I want to return them for something more flashy after watching this video!

Tha ballet sneaker style is not my favorite but I really loved how you styled those outfits with them. You really made them look cute. The look is not for me, but I can see a lot of fashion forward ladies really loving this trend so for them I say go for it!!! I did however like the Dolce Vita ones you showed. I could definitely see myself wearing those!! I like the silver trend, just a little more muted. But I love seeing something new…I agree with you, it’s fun to try something new. I just get to do it thru you!😅

I own my firsr white Sam Edelman sneaker with platform (as yours) for $70 and I love it. It is made of soft leather and the tongue is seamless. I think you look great in your silver ballet sneakers in black pants, silver top an silver clutch. It looks chic and dressy so you can wear them to a nice restaurant or even a formal event.

They are so old now they just sit in my closet. But, according to your video distressed is coming back in for shoes. YAY maybe I can get away with wearing them again. I bought a pair of Vans that were a Mary Jane style last year. I loved the look of them but just not on me. I sent them back… but I really liked the quirky style of them.

I love wearing sneaker MULES because they're so comfortable and they allow more air circulation than regular sneakers. I have three pairs and wore them instead of sandals all last summer, when we had four months straight of 100 degree weather. I bought a pair of pewter ballet flats (Vionic Minna). Silver is a bit too bright for me. I wear them to the office with my grey uniform shirt and neutral trousers. As for the tan shirtdress, I prefer it open. It is a nice print but it overwhelms when not broken up.

I like the silver sneakers but would have to get used to the tie. I like silver with the soft light green color too. Glad you didn’t do black!

To me those last sneakers are two extremes together. I think the liquid silver in a more traditional design or the ballet sneaker in a traditional material would be easier to work with. In any case I learn a lot by analyzing what you put together.

I think all those outfits would look better with dressy flats or sandals. I do love the silver ballet sneakers though. I think the white sneakers stick out more.

Love sneakers and wear them almost everyday, ive got a lot of different sneakers. Love silver sneakers, but not that style.

I love the silver sneakers but I don't think I could wear them with the ribbons around my ankle. I preferred them with the jeans, they make such a bold and edgy statement that they'd elevate any jeans look. I have two pairs of silver sneakers but neither are as bold and shiny as these!

I am wearing silver sneakers to my daughter's wedding (a casual summer wedding) and she approves. Your video has helped me to decide what outfit to wear with them. I am 81 and why ever not?

I was really excited about the ballet sneaker trend when you first mentioned it. But seeing them here (silver aside) they just strike me as kind of weird and clunky, not conveying the elegance of a true pointe shoe. And I’d love a styling silver show video, because clearly that’s hard!

I like silver but not that style shoe, the dolce vita style I liked but wouldn't pay that price. I have several pairs of silver shoes from years ago.

I purchased yellow Nike Dunks because I love the color yellow but trying to decide if women over 50 should wear them.😮
