Vienna, the Austrian capital, a small city, on a human scale, which I realized was also very livable, due to its green areas, its Central European atmosphere and its great architecture, testimony to a past as an imperial capital. Its historic centre, the Innere Stadt, is well structured, with the spectacular Stephansplatz in the centre, symbol of the whole of Austria with the majestic St. Stephen's Cathedral, from here, continue in various directions between Donaukanal, Graben, Kartnerstrasse and Hofburg up to the Ring, that unicum that makes Vienna special, where the greatest city architecture is concentrated between Rathaus, Parliament, and University up to the Karlskirche, a baroque masterpiece like few others, and, going up towards the station, the very famous Schloss Belvedere, whose museum houses Klimt's famous Kiss. For those who want to really experience Vienna, Mariahilfer Strasse, the people's commercial axis par excellence.
