I lived here as a little girl from 1975 to 1978. I would like to revisit now that I'm an older woman in my 50s. It's a beautiful place

Great video, I was stationed at Harold E Holt, Us Navy in1986 - 1987, I have 4-5 pictures of the Lighthouse, Planespotters radar, The ship where the cows were lost. And various pictures of the cape range park. That is so cool to see , Thank you so much, brings back great memories, how things have changed over the years Dave

I don't think I've ever seen any videos about Western Australia, the water is so beautiful! I'm surprised how dry the land is, though. I was expecting more green.

Yes most of West Australia is very desolate but it still has an untamed beauty. I often think of what it would have been like to be shipwrecked and seeing nothing but a vast emptiness. We fell in love with West Australia and it has become dear to our hearts. I will be showing more of West Australia's beauty in future videos. :) Thank you for your comment :)

Down south of Western Australia particularly Donnybrook, Balingup you would think you were in the south of England. Very green.

@@pogogogo9002 If you go further south to places like Pemberton or Karri Valley, you'll see an awesome forest with very tall trees. I'd recommend the "Tree top walk' to appreciate the size of the trees. Over there there is also a tree with a hole so large in it that someone parked a car inside the tree and took photos.
