👍 Great video... planning to go to Iceland next year, with a carry on case, did you consider a vacuum storage bag to get more in your bags or was weight a limiting factor

Thank you so much. That’s a great point and a really good idea, usually on flights around Europe airlines don’t check the weight of the bag just the size of the bag, so this would work perfectly ☺️

Do you keep all those clothes on for the airplane flight? I feel like I would be overheated and clumsy.

We do, and we do feel overheated🤣 anything to save money, we just took our coats off whenever we felt hot, it wasn’t an issue!

Love this video, very informative. Soo many good tips but now im slightly scared about the wind blowing out my contacts😂😂 Its a last minute trip & feeling overwhelemed with options when it comes to fleeces, ski pants, jackets, thermals etc. Which brand of thermals, insulated gloves did Mill use? Ive got the brand of ski pants from comment below & jackets, fleeces seem to be north face? Thanks

Thank you so much! You’ll definitely enjoy it there. We recommend bringing enough clothes to keep you warm but other than that, you don’t need to take too much stuff. Our tip is to bring a tripod so you can get still pictures of the Northern Lights 🥰

Great video. This video is really helpful in planning my Iceland trip. QQ Did you take these bags as personal item, or did you had to pay for cabin baggage to take them?

Thanks for all the great informaion. Can you please tell me how did you find driving in March in Iceland. I know how to drive, but have never driven in snow. Would I be ok, If I do drive. I have heard that the winds are crazy. I am also planning to visit in march this year. I also want to see the northern lights. Can you also share the type of car you rented and which company you used for renting the car?

Driving in March was very windy but we are sure you will be fine! We used blue car rentals and the car was a Dacia Duster. March will give you an amazing chance to see the northern lights, we will have our fingers crossed for you 🫶🏼

@@bradandmill thanks 😍. Were the roads slippery? Anything we should take extra care while driving? Which areas in Iceland should we stick to if we are inexperienced in driving in snow? Sorry for lot of question, people have scared us saying Iceland is not a place to get experience for driving first time in snow 🫣😅

It’s a size medium. Dependant on when you visit, make sure you have enough layers underneath and then the waterproof on the outside ☺️
