Mike has a background in Landscape Architecture and has been designing swimming pools for over 30 years in California and Texas. In this video Mike goes into types of pools, but mainly talks about Gunite inground pools. Thinking about using space, activities, exercising, creating a setting, entertaining, and looking nice are all discussed. Also, where to put the pool, surveys and easements, codes, access and how the shape can affect the price of building a pool. This information contains Mike's opinions and hopefully will help you with information (even if you don't live in Texas) to make your project go smoother.
