Nate said there is virtually no assembly, Very very little. Takes longer to unbox it than it does to setup, nothing really to show.

The only manual I could find is for this model manuals.plus/m/4b3ba6ee4fc35fba16b39e463e20756c360b7188ef2b9603ea97c606afdad922_optim.pdf would have to post question to brand on the product page to see if brand can send manual link or has details.

Biggest con of this product is you can't adjust any of the airbag placement areas for height adjustment, you can bring forward the whole back and make it virtually in a 90 degree sitting position, Nate's head doesn't set back that far at all on it, but many tall people have reported the shoulders don't line up right. Seems like this wasn't really designed for people who were tall.
I need to get me one of these!

Would have to contact brand, don't know if they make replacement controller, but I would think they can RMA one but not sure.
