Jerry output doesn't work like that, I think. Wasn't it that your island has to not be loaded the entire time? Like you could take a break now and only log in when Derpy is around and then you would get double. If you just continue now you will just get double for whatever items are generated while Derpy is around.

3:00 It's five runs per day that is boosted, not three.
i thought double output was only a boost to minion rates during derpy and not when claiming? is this wrong?
