I can confirm Canidae was hyped for stabilized change.

As someone who quit after Voldis with 3.2k hours on the game. It really doesn't look like T4 is going to save shit. Just looks like more of the same problems but starting over again. Can someone explain why they think this will save the game?

@ryanc9876 yeah but 100 loyal whales are more valuable then 10000 casuals. Korea is full of whales which is smilegates main target audience. Hence why game population is constantly declining since new players have it terrible

@@BuffPomsky If that really was the case, they'd never have tried anything different in the first place. The casual KR player spends way more than the casual NA/SA/EU player though, so getting more casual KR players still adds up and keeps the blood (money) flowing. But I believe the new players in KR aren't declining nearly so heavily as us in the west. But if you have conclusive evidence of the contrary, please do share--I don't want to spread misinformation. Oh and why can't they get both whales and the casuals? You can get both.

So Tier 4 bracelets don't give us spec/crit/swift? My Evo Scouter needs all the spec he can get, this is going to kill certain builds.
