I have been looking at buying a 2016 3 for a while. I'm glad to see there is still development being done for it. This kit might end up at my house if I get one...

what’s the 0-60 difference on the mazda 3 2.0?

Would this turbo kit be compatible with a cx5? My dream setup for a daily is a mazda 3 with a 6 speed and all the corksport goodies on it. But due to needing more space ill be looking to get a cx5 with the 2.5L within the next couple months and would absolutely love to add a turbo.

It would be better to get a CX-5T 2.5. Many of the platform parts cross over. Plus we will have an upgrade turbo option out later this year.

I'm so curious I have to ask and this is a genuine question. I'm not being an ass. In adding a turbo charger to an enginely widely regarded as a highly fuel efficient engine how have these mods affected fuel economy as a daily driver?

Would the kit fit for the 4th gen Mazda 3

I have a 2018 mazda 3 sport would this turbo charged work for my car or is it a hatchback thing

The mazda3 with a 93 octane tune is pretty responsive at high rpm’s. Where it lags is at lower rpms. I figured the turbo would provide that boost at lower rpms (1,400rpm onwards) to make up for what the NA engine lacks. Turbo response only after 3-4k rpm is disappointing.. good for people who race their Mazdas, but not worth it imo for daily drivers. Great package though, in terms of engineering and product development.

@@mstok44 haha yes, starts developing boost from 1200-1400rpm and up. I have owned multiple cars with a turbo lol

@@goddyneil You are not wrong to think that a turbo engine will help bottom end which is common on modern OEM setups but what you are missing is these same setups fall off on pawer around 5000rpm. the Mazda SkyActiv 2.5T is a great example of this. Those undersized turbo setups are torquey but lack top end and are very hard on connecting rods. To have a safer setup we spec'd the turbo kit to have a broader power band. Boost will start in the 200-2500rpm range but for a more fun experience and to be less harsh on the engine we are recommending to drive the car in the higher rpm range.

Based on boost at higher RPMs, you seem quite concerned about bending rods? Similar to a lot of aftermarket kits fitted to vehicles where boost doesn't come in until 3500rpm?

Loving this kit. Is there a possibility of a RHD version in future? To me engine bay looks similar between LHD and RHD so fail to see why it is only LHD. I could be wrong in so many ways. XD

What would y’all start out with for upgrading a 2014 Mazda 6 auto cause I’ve currently been looking at either getting the cork sport axle back exhaust first or the cold air intake.

Most people start with the intake. But if price doesn't matter go with the exhaust, more power, sound, and looks great.

It's been installed since June '22 - used as a daily - and is FANTASTIC! We released it to public quite some time ago (2.5L Auto/Manual).

Is there any set date for it to be released? I would love to add some extra power to my Mazda❤️

@@14topgunner it’s gonna be on the main website where the main sliding bulletins are, it should be the second one, it’s a picture of the gen 2 Mazda speed 3 it’ll say 7th gear membership and it should list a couple of things you get with the membership
