I truly enjoy your attention to detail when it comes to explaining the different foods and culinary Delights. I live in the Southeastern part of the United States so okra is a common dish here as well. Most people enjoy this fried with cornmeal which is quite tasty, also enjoy it boiled slash thinly and mixed with dill sauce in a salad very tasty

As a beginning, your videos are on my top "to do list" travelling from North to South Vietnam with a journal of "Looking backward and moving forward". And another journey on Mekong Delta and Phu Quoc island with a journal of " All in one mission for Vietnam prosperity". I will deeply study on your videos and will do some researches on habitual people, custom, food, and much more. That is all in my BIG DREAM of Vietnam under a view of a professional level, a photographer, and a "short essay " writer in order to introduce Vietnam to the World./ from California, USA

I will go ahead planning to come back Vietnam in 2024, and will stay there at least 3 months. (Consequently, I know, my job will be tossed, but I can handle it.)/from California, USA

"Starfruit" is known by the specific name "Carambola" in Florida and is usually eaten ripened. It is native to Asia but is readily available here and is a commonly grown fruit tree in southern Florida. The ripened fruit is sweet, tart, and has a unique smell and after taste.

I have star fruit here but it’s always yellow. I can’t wait to try it green. Everything looks amazing and delicious. The vegetable restaurant looks amazing. Vegetables are definitely my favorite things to eat. So glad to watch your videos and learn so much.

I love Da Lat so much. I can’t wait until they open up VN . Watching this just reminded me how much I love it. Did you eat at the xíu mại shop for breakfast? I ate there every day lol. I also love that sled ride down to the falls. Da Lat is a very special place for me. I could live there.

Very nice video! The waterfall looked great! I never tried the salty strawberries before. You missed my favorite local food in Da Lat... Bánh Căn! It’s the best food ever! Also the chuối nướng is so delicious!

I know (crying). I didn't have much time to explore all the delicious food in Da Lat, but I know Banh Can is a must try. Definitely going back there soon! They actually mixed salt and chillies with strawberries just like fruit cups you see back in the states. I think they put too much salt and my friends said the strawberries were salty as well.

I love that Vietnamese pizza wrapped on a paper , was that paper taken from any book or magazine? so cool and authentic. Love to go to Vietnam every culinary looks so delicious.

Always liked how you can drive 5 mins out of da lat and find yourself in the pristine pine trees. it's pretty much like sf to Tahoe in 5 mins which actually takes 2-3hrs if ur lucky

So I actually went and found the Banh Uot Long Ga restaurant. It was worth my trip getting lost down that hem. Thanks for the tip

Born in Long Xuyen, imported to the east coast USA, raised on the west coast USA....one day I'll return and visit quê hương :-(

I was in Đà Lạt just 2 weeks ago! It was a lovely place and such a nice break from the heat of Saigon in late March! The strawberries are famous but honestly they weren't that impressive to me, greenhouse grown. I loved the bánh căn, and had it at a couple different places. I wish it weren't such a specialized dish, I'd try to make it myself. :-) The night market was interesting; one lady there tried to sell me an unripe durian and got mad at me when I told her it wasn't ripe. (It was still hard inside...). She said "I'm not selling to you!" I said "you're right, you aren't." ;-). Did you try the place that sold all the different kinds of "milk?" Soya, mung bean, peanut, black sesame...that was quite a little scene.

I heard about Da Lat and for sure will visit if i m in vietnam. Thanks for introducing this tourist destination and the foods. Hungry now watching you ate😀

I have gone to Da Lat 10 years ago . Love Da Lat so much.Hope to come back soon.
