    For those with rheumatism diabetes metabolism issues, even type of diet within 55 minutes matters. We can't eat multiple things.. pls talk about why hunger occurs between 2 meals.. Esp for autoimmune condition

    Hello sir, I have one doubt.Generally it is said that if we take fruit, it should be 2 hrs gap in lunch and also milk should be taken around 2 hrs later dinner. So is it ok to take these fruits/juice/milk in our 55 min time along with our dinner/lunch ? Is there any side effect on our digestive system/body.Thank you

    Hi Respected Sir, With all dew respect i want to give you a big thanks for changing my life. I owe you a lot.I would like to share my personal experience with you. I am a software engineer age 26 yrs young, but some how with my mistakes and a very disastrous life style i use to eat a lot giving you an example i use to eat 1/2 kg biryani in just one sitting by my self, i am a pure vegetarian guy, due to this lifestyle of continuous sitting and eating i managed to have a 95.800 kg weight, On 25th of august 2022 i got a surprise gift from my fiance a nice shirt size xl and when i tried it all the buttons were screaming 😂😂. I had a quit embarassing situation there. And then i took thing seriously that i had to do something about my weight bcz i was looking just like 45 years old guy. And then i promised my fiance that i will be giving her a gift that i will be a slim lean physique guy she alwas dreamt of. And i saw your videos and started from September 1st i strictly followed your instructions, I stopped eating junk food ,and sweet. I sheduled my eating frequency to just 2 times from 6 times. And then initially i had a lot many challenges like cravings ,feeling weakness but it was nothing but my brain was having a habit of eating. But my body was giving me a loud thanks. And with all those strict schedule and proper diet and frequency i achieved my goal and now my weight is 78.200 kg. I haven't done anything new or by my own. Just followed all your instructions you have given in videos. Thanks alot sir. 🙏🙏
