What to do with a trashy 19th Century Card - VR for

I recently picked up my "trashiest" card to use Robert's language, but this card is rare and significant. I have several ideas of what to do with this card to help preserve it, and I would like to hear your thoughts.

David, I’m smiling from ear to ear because if I could conjure up videos that perfectly captures the spirit of the contest this would be one of them. It’s a wonderful pre, prewar example but unfortunately, I can’t add any better ideas for your display concerns. Good Luck in you quest in finding a solution and please, keep us posted. I think you’re on the right track by bringing it to the National. Thanks for your participation and Good Luck in the contest 👍❤️ps - thanks for your kind words and you yourself are about to reach a milestone. I’ll share your channel with some of my friends and see if they can get you to 200.

Great card David, really enjoy your channel. The Conner card is awesome but too fragile to slab. Paper restoration works, then you can slab it. Show it to SGC at the National

Hi David, I had a Buchner John clarkson and Jim O’Rourke in similar condition and SGC did end up slabbing them for me. The Clarkson was similar to yours w a tear all the way across, but might have still hung on by a thread. The O’Rourke had a tear down the middle. I have photos if you want to compare.
