You've just embarked on the worst possible diet for a diabetic. You need a diet high in animal fats and proteins, to stabilize your blood sugar and provide optimum nutrition. Vegan diets are heavy on carbs and sugars, and have very few protein foods that won't spike your insulin production.

But who has time to wait overnight when you're really hungry😢😅 😂
