My Malinois/German Shepard mix is so bitey, from the very beginning she’s bitten me so many times. I finally found these videos after 2 months in and she’s much better now. I don’t think I’m her person and my husband thinks it’s fun to rile her up. She doesn’t need much to get her there. I hired a trainer in the first week we had her, he was extremely expensive and didn’t help at all. Thank goodness for these videos otherwise I’d not have any hands left.

I was very privileged to know the breeder where I got my Malligator. I quickly fell in love with a specific puppy's personality and we spent time together every so often before he came home. What an impact that made - he already knew me and trusted me, he's just a sweetheart that made the first weeks of training a dream. I can attest that a strong bond means everything in training!

I am in love with my 8 week old girl Mal. I have a 9 year old Mal boy who is wonderful with her. She came down with Parvo the day after she came home but with diligent care she’s back in business and completely healed now. I can’t wait to train her up. She’s so smart. She already knows how to sit.

My brother has malino German shepherd mix it sweetest obedient and playful dog I ever seen

These are not beginners dogs, tictock has alot to answer for. Responsible owners and constant dedication neeed .

Do I need a personal trainer or can I train my pup myself

I rescued a bunch of dogs from the street, one is a Malnois cross and looks exactly like a Malinois (Mum looks like a Collie cross). I decided to keep a dog, she has been here a month and I was unwell do haven't been able to do toilet training. How do I break it now she has been to toilet in the house? I've cleaned with all the products to take the smell away but she still goes back to the same spots... How should I respond when I catch her toileting?

Thank you, but (IMO), there's way too much "why" you should do this at the beginning (over-and-over-and-over - ad nauseum). The actual answer doesn't start until ~4:25. BUT, I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to do these videos. I just hope your "New Puppy" course is a lot less "bloviating" and a lot more "substance".

on the contrary, if you've ever had a malinois from puppy age you would know, that is perfectly necessary and perhaps not even enough of the "why".

What the right age to get a puppy for protection

I potty trained my dog exactly how he recommends doing it.my pup never pooped once in the house he is fully house trained will not even poo in the garden he will hold it in to. Save it for his walk.

hey i got a malinois /dutch shepard mix at 4 months old last week ans she is pretty shy . i knew was but thought if i didnt take her someone would mb not be patient enough wwith her . she is not very good with leash , wants no part of it till today a little . so while walking her with my 6yo gsd she wouldnt come to me thinking i would leash her . so looking for any good leash training help at 17 weeks

We didn't rescue our girl until she was 14 months old, she had very little love, never been taught to play and had never been walked in a lead......how do we teach her to walk nicely on a lead?? She has no idea how big she is and gets so excited about going out that she nearly drags me up the street!!!

I am getting a Malinoise male puppy and a German Shepard male puppy. I have a trainer on standby to start training to guide me for the first year. My question is that I already have small 3 years old female Jack Russell. Will Malinoise kill my JR when Malinoise become an adult?

When you say you take the puppy out every hour do you do this through the night too and wake up every hour to do that or are you meaning to do this just during the day? I was curious also if you crate your puppies at night and if you put their crate in another room, or in your bedroom. I notice different trainers recommend different ways of doing it.

Take them out 24 times a day?

My new puppy keeps biting and being aggressive just like it's parents and I'm afraid that it will become really aggressive

A game of fetch for a Malli is completely useless. They need constant mental stimulation and around the clock attention. They are extremely high maintenance dogs. Any reputable training expert will tell you as much as we have been told. They are not Ideal family dogs. Without adequate stimulation they are at risk of lashing out. Think very carefully before getting this breed.

don´t get a malinois, just don´t--..
