Lift weights. Complete and utter BS. There's a significant proportion of women that AREN'T attracted to gym honed bodies. Getting exercise is great, but it makes more sense to exercise where you're earning money from the physical activity. And nutrition is more important to your health than exercise. And I bet you and the vast majority of your viewers have poor to mediocre eating and drinking lifestyles. Although you can never exercise and live off junk food and drink and still be successful with women. All you need is to display enough mental and emotional strength. You are so so wrong about what women fantasize about when they masturbate. Read the Nancy Friday books for an insight on this. And talk to women about this. Although I would admit that the sort of women that I know well may be different to the sort that you know. With me tending to have university graduate, career and housewife type women in my social circle.

Knew this girl since middle school, and after we graduated high school, I started feeling for her. About a month ago, I asked her to hang out on a random weekend as I came home from university, saying we should catch up as we go to different unis now and haven't seen each other for a while. She agreed. We ate at a local burger spot. She talked about her life and I talked about mine. The conversation flowed so smoothly. There were no awkward pauses. I immediately felt a connection. After ice-skating for almost an hour (I swear I didn't know how time just flew by) and getting in my car, I asked her if she knew how to slow dance. She said no as she never experienced it before. I gently asked if she wanted to slow-dance with me, and that I could teach her. We were at a public spot and I obviously did not want to dance with her with people around, so I told her that I knew a nice place and if she wanted to go there to do it. She trusted me. I drove us there and mid-drive, she laid her head on my shoulder. It felt amazing. Arriving there, I opened the door, played "Blue Moon" by Dean Martin, and held her hand, and my other hand was on her hip. I noticed she was kinda self-conscious when she was two-stepping, so I told her to look at me, relax, and go with the flow. She looked up, and she kissed me. We made out/hugged for about 10 minutes and slowly danced. We had to leave cuz her Mom was calling. Drove her back. She kissed and hugged me again when we were there and walked to her house. I drove off. The end

this is a gonna be a long story. i found this girl who i work with quite interesting. my friend wanted me to do something but i had no game so he told me what to tell her and it worked. when i gave her my number, she pretended to be my manager and told me i was fired and i was in absolute shock i had no idea what to do (because it was a day later and i forgot i gave her my number so it was a shocker); but then she told me it was her and my face was incredibly pale (like how tf do i react to that????). anyway, this was the first date: so we met up at a this breakfast place right? and it was just us there (because we live in a small town and it was a Thursday after school). we got our food and stuff AND THEY GAVE BOTH OF US THE WRONG DRINKS 💀💀 but we both brushed it off, talked about our days and stuff, and then i took her to my place in my truck. keep in mind this was right after i just got my drivers license. when we were leaving the angle parking lot, I HIT THE BACK OF A VEHICLE BY ACCIDENT 💀that was probably one of the most embarrassing things i did on that day. that got resolved and there was no damage so don't worry. anyway, when we got to my place, we wanted to watch a movie; interstellar. we go into my bed and i got my iPad (bruh) to open up netflix to watch it. we were pretty distanced away in the bed but i got a bit closer to her... AND SHES ASLEEP??? so here i am trying to make moves on her while shes asleep and i put my arm around her nervous af (legit sweating) and shes still sleeping. i was still watching the movie and i was pretty damn close to her. so basically for an hour straight shes sleeping and I'm watching the movie waiting for her to do something. when she gets up her mom calls her and asks where she is (she has strict parents so they don't know we are together) and i take her home. she says "i feel like i left a bad impression after the getting fired text." i brushed it off and told her not to worry about it because i really liked her and all that. we are still together after 8 months now :)

I approached a beautiful girl in my city a couple of days ago and it was a very nice experience. She was going to a museum alone and I decided to go with her, then we went to get some coffee and feel like we connected real quick. I took her to a beautiful library in the city that she's never visited and then we went to get some food on a shopping center. We were talking like we met years ago, I think a did a good escalation (even though we didn't kissed) , we hugged a lot, were having a lot of physical contact and eye contact and kissed her in the cheeks and forehead. I gotta push back a little bit on "do something interesting once a week". I get that breaking into an abandoned house was just an off the cuff example, but bro, how much time do you think we have? That is the epitome of unemployed behavior lol. After getting done with work, commuting, eating, and gym, I've got 3 hours max to enjoy myself at the end of the day, and all my friends are doing the same thing. We're not teenagers anymore that can just fuck off and do stupid shit like that in the middle of the week. With that being said, you definitely need to have some hobbies (other than the gym) that you do at least once a week so that you have something at least slightly interesting to answer in that scenario. Even more importantly, keep the answer short and humorous because if we're being honest, very very few people actually live interesting lives. Like Hamza says, let her do most of the talking and, let her imagination fill in the gaps because that will always be infinitely more interesting to her than you telling her the real answer.
