Please make a video on where to use the skill pull behind the leg or l drag skill in football. Please make a video for this skill as you did for la croqueta.
To those of you thinking you're too old, I started playing at 40. I'm 57 now and play 4x a week, some coed and often with young people in their 30s and 30s. Keep at it and remember to have fun!

I’m the opposite…played consistently from age 7 to 35 and at a decent standard …then stopped playing and tried picking it back up last year at 46. And I sucked…athleticism completely gone, and technique was barely there. So I spent 6 months training before playing actual games again…and I still suck! What I learned is…use it or lose it. Not doing much athletically for 10 years in middle age basically destroyed any capacity for explosive movements. It’s gone forever, and so with it my football “career”.
I am committed. Where doubt takes over let courage take control
Training your weak foot is a way to get better
I am committed to improve. I need to work on my mentality, focus and basics.
Thanks for this
thank you!
I’m committed to work on my game till my fullest potential
Hey man I had a question I saw a video of yours recently that really inspired ofc. I’m 18 years old gonna turn 19 soon but I really wanted to start playing soccer again. I played a little when I was younger but never anything to serious. I know I could never go pro but never say never ofc but I’d atleast want to get the best I can and see where that takes me. I wanna start with the fundamentals though. How would you structure a solo training session? Recently I’d start with warming up since I’m not in the worse but not in the most athletic state. Where would you go from there if you really wanted to drill fundamentals?

My man, we might be twins, cause you almost exactly described my situation.

Find a wall and sharpen your passing and receiving, start juggling also to get comfortable with the ball. These two things will change your game mate

@@californiajit5072 thanks for the suggestion I’ve definitely been trying to juggle more but I haven’t been passing against a wall much but I will try that because it will probably help me get stronger with my weak foot if I use it just kicking the ball over and over.

@@deflatedball4330 I’ve always wanted to play soccer but I’ve been rather heavy for most of my life but now Ive slimmed down just have no base for soccer since I didn’t grow up playing it just there and then every so often lmao. but I keep seeing one thing is that people say that if you got the passion and the drive then you can never say anything is impossible so hey idk you man but we both got this!

I used to be a great right winger, I got a bad injury while training when I was 15, recover from it at the age of 16, then stopped playing football seriously. Now that I'm 24 and out of shape, I'm so bad at it. None of my close friends believe that I used to be great. Got no dribble, got no speed, got 0 precision. I generally suck rn. But I know if I get back in shape, and train every day like I used to I will eventually become as good as I used to be. Watching this video made me realize that it's probably all in my head and I just need to start over. That's it.

Don’t delay. You’re still young enough to get it back. I also used to be pacy with a good dribble, but slacked off exercise in middle age. Decided to get back into it recently. But even after many months of training and playing, I’m still pretty poor. Nobody believes that I could once play.
So I’ve never played in my life but I recently started playing indoor what do you recommend
I am committed to my growth as a footballer
I'm 22 and in high school I didn't make the team in my senior year and it really discouraged me to play soccer so I only played house league and in my freshman year of college I also didn't make the team so I got even more discouraged Now I'm 22 and I feel it's too late to improve

Dont feel demotivated, remember some don't even try and you did, that's the completion of first step. Passion and being disciplined is the main key in football, learn to have some confidence first, and others will come along with if
I was going to quit playing football, as it was more of an embarrassment playing like an a**hole after the break of more than 10 years of playing football for 8 consecutive years. You nailed it brah

I’m 33 years old and I only started playing soccer 3 years ago because I wanted to play with my wife. I’d never even watched soccer until I started dating her in 2017. I played American Football and baseball in highschool.
