Satoshi- “ I need two cups of coffee 😑”
I drove my wife nuts when we went to Japan trying to taste as many drinks from vending machines as possible.

Satoshi is so cute when he said "i need 2 cups of coffee" in the morning.
Having these in the residential areas seems to be very convenient. If I suddenly feel an urge to get a drink, and I don't have any in my kitchen - I can just walk outside and buy one from a machine.

I love learning Japanese culture along with food reviews!
It's refreshing to see they don't get vandalised in Western countries I think these vending machines would suffer graffiti or vandalism. Could not see NZ getting them because of these reasons.

Agreed. These machines are safe in Japan due to the respectful culture of the country. I live in the UK, and if these machines were on street corners here they would be smashed up and robbed instantly.

@@herepuffpuff9007 NZ former British colony so similar culture here as well, we don't respect other people's property or public property. Would also be vandalized, too many drunks here who vandalize things. Japan more civilised compared to NZ.

@@phengov943 Former British colony as well here(Singapore) but we don't have that issue. Vandalism will land you prison time with a stroke of the cane. In fact, we do have quite a lot of vending machines plastered all over the country but we lack in variety of products compared to what Japan has to offer. Mostly dominated by 1 or 2 big brands like Coca-cola.
I'm so jealous of all these vending machines with so many different options!! DHA is an omega 3 fatty acid.
Satoshi's charming facial expressions are making me giggle! how can you stand living with such an adorable person? well, you're both adorable -- that must be how it works. now all I need to figure out is how a drink can be equal to 50 lemons -- that's a lot of lemons!

You have no idea how thankful I am to your vending machine videos and walk through. I found your videos and now I'm not worried about when I visit, I'll at least be able to get something from the vending machine!
Love love love vending machine videos (and vending machines)! Thanks for doing this video, guys!
I love japan so much!! They have so many cool things like this. The last time I went I was so amazed in Tokyo they had digital screens for vending machines! Lol
New to the channel but just love the two of you 😆 very informative & fun. Thank you.
Vending machines is one of the reasons why I love Japan. It's just so convenient and cool to get almost anything you'd want. I imagine with Japan getting so hot in the summer being able to get a drink almost anywhere without much fuss is very important.
I love japanese vending machines. And I also love that they offer warm drinks during the colder season. The warm coffee from those machines helped me through my jetlag when I visited Japan. : D
So detailed explanation no one of KZread does this love u guys.... For making this video and putting so much effort
you guys are awesome .. been binge watching videos .. then noticed I was back in 2016. You guys make me hungry all the time! Thank you for your efforts!
I've been watching TabiEats for a couple of years now and I want to compliment Satoshi on how much his English has grown and improved! It's clear you have put in quite a bit of time and hard work. Shinichi, while you always appeared comfortable on camera, I think we the viewers get to see a bit more of your self, especially in your interactions with Satoshi and your Mother. Really enjoy the channel! Question about vending machines: are there recycling bins and trashcans nearby? I have visions of needing to carry around my trash in my backpack until I get back to the hotel! Thanks!
Thanks so much guys! I am a new subscriber and have fallen in love with you both. This video was great as I recall standing in front of these for ages trying to make sense of things. The culture shock was real but fun. Your videos are helping me prepare for my next visit early next year where I won't feel so lost. Vending machines and food were my main points of confusion. Tokyo subway ranks up there also. I have to say visiting Japan got under my skin so much that on arriving home in Melbourne (Australia) I knew I had to return. I am obsessed!
Some really good content lately guys! Keep it up! Learning Japanese now, so When I visit next year I'll be better at communicating and getting around overall. Will be using your videos as well as others to experience some of the great things that Japan has to offer!
Hey guys!!! I just wanted to tell you that I love your videos and I'm so obsessed!! I've been binge watching all day today! :)
Just found your channel while surfing through videos. I really like the way you explain all the different brands. Japan has the most awesome vending machines! Well, before I go and watch more of your videos, I wish you well, good luck and Keep on Keeping On!!
I enjoyed this vid guys! Please do other vending machines too suchbas ramen etc. 😊😊. Keep on giving us good contents Shinichi & Shatoshi!! U guys rock!! Take care & cheers!! 💜💙
Milk tea is my LOVE. I love the Royal one a lot!
I really loved this video. Always wondered what kind if drinks you had in Japan. Thank You Sinichi and Sotoshi
I recently discovered your channel guys, and I have fallen in love with your personalities! You guys are so kind and fun! I wish I had the two of you as Japanese language teachers! Kanpai guys!
In America all of are machines say “out of order”😂😂😂
love love love watching you guys!❤️❤️❤️
guys I don't actually know how did it get to my recommendations in the next day after I've talked about a specific of junk food and its prices in Japan with my friend but I enjoyed this video! Thank you!
Great tour, guys! And I loved both your introductions of so many drinks! Good job you bought the Power Drink at the start ;)
I'd love to see vending machines like this in the UK in residential areas, but people would smash them up and steal.from them.
Just love watching your videos, makes me want to go to Japan.
Always enjoy watching you two. You enjoy life and sometimes that's a rare thing
during my stay in summer in Japan, the vending machine is your best friend
Your videos are so calming. Thank you for your videos.
It's always a Great idea when u gentlemen tell us your favorites because we can get an idea what's good Thanx😎🤗🤗😘😘
Ahhh the land of convenience has never failed us! Great video guys 😁
Amazing machines. Thanks for the vending machine tour of your neighborhood. Off topic; I made the fried wontons that Shinichi made with his mother. They were very good. I used herbs that I grow in pots on my apartment porch. Thanks for the inspiration.
Can Satoshi read a book on cd, KZread, whatever?! His voice is so soothing, I could listen to him all day! Talk more!
I love your videos! My dream destination to visit is Japan. It's so interesting to see it through your eyes. Much love.
YeS! New vending machines video from you guys 🎆 There can never be enough!! 😍
What a great selection of drinks. Really good video. Cheers!
I miss the vending machines in Japan so much. Thank you for translating, this will be so useful next time I visit. Usually I don't drink enough water, but in Japan it was so easy to stay hydrated because the vending machines made it so easy and fun!
Hello guys. Im new to your channel and i have to say that you are great! So informative, educational and fun. Looking forward to see more videos of japanese culture. Thank you.
Love watching you two! Cant get enough!

Caught an upload fresh, sweet!
New subscriber from California! Love watching your videos and watching you two is just cute and fun! My mother lives in a mostly Japanese community in Los Angeles county, Gardena, CA. There’s several restaurants and stores that sell food, snacks, candy, ice cream and more from Japan, and there’s also Daiso near my moms home. I bring back home snacks and tasty candies and a bag full of Daiso merchandise! But I really hope someday to visit Japan (not during the Summer, I heard it’s too hot and too humid)... but I just know Japan is a beautiful country! Thank you for sharing... Have a fantastic 2020! ❤️😁
Hello, Shinichi and Satoshi! I'm always so impressed by the vending machines in Japan. Even with the drink machines alone, there is so much more variety and thought put into the machines than we have here in the United States. Vending machines here are not as common as they were, but if you find one, it probably only sells soda and perhaps bottled water. It would be such fun to try these drinks. Thanks for another great video!
Good video of introducing Japanese vending machine culture and I miss them so much!
I stayed in Nagano-ku when I was in Tokyo last year and omg this is all so nostalgic, it's one of my favorite neighborhoods
I love how you have your favourite vending machines
Wow, I've seen at least half of these in my local Asian market, now I can tell what's what and actually try some of them. Great video!
Great video you two! Loved it. Very informative. It'll be a great help for choosing drinks when me and my friends go to Japan in October! So thanks a lot! 😁 😊 Would love another one at some point telling us about some of the other drinks highlighted! Cheers 😄
My favorite drink from the vending machines in Japan was a warm orange juice/drink @ the Golden Pavilion. I didn’t pay attention to the Red (hot) label but it was a pleasant surprise even though it was a hot day in October. Actually you can by so many surprising items in vending machines in Japan. Great videos guys!
This was so fun! Your neighborhood is beautiful.
I love how Satoshi says "White", reminds me of that skit on Family Guy 😂
Thank you so much for making this video!! I cant wait to see them when i go to tokyo!!
I don't know why but I LOVE vending machines, always waiting for a video of someone showing all the beverages on them. Thanks!!
I’m enjoying the background whistler 🎶 2 cups coffee for the win!😃👍🏻☕️ but when it’s so hot omg The refreshing cold drinks definitely the green tea or carbonated fruit water. Thank you for sharing. 🍙💕
Very informative and very engaging hosts! 🤗
Vending machine video, japan has so many vending machines, its amazing.
Just got back from Japan and missing the vending machines already!!! Loved it!
Very informative, I really enjoyed this video.
Love your vending machine videos guys.. "Are you sure... are you drinking... Amazake?? Really?? Really??"." hahahahah
I love this video and subscribed. I moved to Japan 6 years ago from America and I loooooove all the drink machines in Japan. I always stop at each machine I pass just to see if there are any new drinks available. I like Sangaria drinks because they always have strange flavors like Nata de Coco which I like,
That Mets Cola you showed in the first machine looks like one I have to try. I have a soda podcast that my son and I do periodically. An Asian market near my house has a different brand of the melon soda, and I've tried that. I liked it more than I thought I would. Great video, guys.
I LOVE this video so much! I lived in Japan for a few years but still I couldn’t appreciate things like the nadaman ocha because I didn’t realize the difference and why it’s special. But yess buying drinks from jidōhanbaiki is so fun!!
The 3rd machine you actually go through the drinks on, the green tea brand is one of my favorites as well. I love the bitterness, it's so refreshing.
Love y’alls videos thank you 😻🌹
Satoshi looks like he was putting a spell on the machines. Loved it.
This would be such a dream for me, getting to go to a ton of different vending machines in Japan! I really wanna try the Amazake. Great video, really enjoyed it😘!!
Your videos about your neighborhood are so fun to watch! I would love to go around there and try the local vending machines 😆 We also love Yakult here in the 🇵🇭
I looove the melon cream soda! 😍 Japanese vending machines are an adventure on their own haha!
I glad you two found each other
I'm loving watching all of your videos, but it's making me miss Japan so much!! Everything is so cheap compared to Australia. I especially miss being able to buy a hot drink in a vending machine or convenience store.
Interesting video, love it!
Amazing! I need to visit Japan!! 💖
An Incredible Variety of Vending machine options !
OMG, Japan vending machines are always changing and it is amazing!!! I want to go to Japan and do an entire day finding different vending machines.
Love all the vending machine choices! Wish we had all these machines in the United States! Great video

Toothsome Discoveries if we had those here, someone would be vandalizing them or breaking in to get the cash. Our apartment manager showed me a video of some idiot breaking into our laundry room to steal cash from the washers and dryers. He didn’t get anything because you have to have a prepaid card to use the machines.
Love this! So interesting. You have so many more drink choices and accessibility to drinks than we do in the US.
I love these vending machine tours, especially if it is ones you visit often. I was surprised that a couple of the bottle teas are on my shelf right now. Who knew here in Virginia, we would have even the same labels. The price is alittle different, our price was 1.75 per bottle, not 100 yen. So, thanks for making a rainy evening even more relaxing.
These are *always* fun videos.
Love your neighborhood! Love Japan's vending machines! So many and inexpensive! Would love to go to Japan!
My family traveled to Japan last summer, vending machines are the best parts for my sons. Calpis soda was their fav drinks. We also found a kind of Calpis with jelly inside. My husband and I enjoyed all kinds of green tea and barley tea. After we came back to the US, we found the Korean markets sell Calpis and green tea too. Of course, the price is doubled.
Great video, I wish we had a bigger selection of vending machines here . Your drinks are so interesting, I would love to try Satoshi’s probiotic drink & Sinichi’s tea both sounded delicious.
Love vending machines you can almost find everything or something in vending machines from food, drinks, snacks, toys to the usual things lots of amazing stuff in Japan worth trying to get something from the machine
That is one of the many things i love about Japan, you guys can have all these vending machines and yet there is barely no littering in the streets. Here in Norway it would been a total mess! When that said, i would have a huge problem choosing what to buy out of these vending machines so i probably would end up buying it all lol!
Melon cream soda!
I'm obsessed with your vending machine videos! 🙂🤘🏼👏👏
Not that I will ever go to Japan but I’m addicted to watching this
