What does it take to run one loop around MacRitchie Reservoir? This is easily the most popular reservoir in Singapore, due to its immense beauty at every turn.

The MacRitchie Trails is located within the tropical rainforest of Central Catchment Nature Reserve. I took on the Nature Trails in the park including the Lornie Trail, Jering Boardwalk, Golf Link, Sime Track, Tereteng Trail, Petai Boardwalk, and more.
Along the way, I also visit landmarks like the Zig-Zag Bridge & Jelutong Tower for the first time. While I also wanted to visit the TreeTop Walk, it was unfortunately closed due to renovations.
I also can't mention MacRitchie Reservoir Park without talking about its wildlife where I come across multiple Monkeys and Chickens.

You can improve your agility when you use forefoot running on the trails so that you get less injury.
It's nice to see a video of this place when you're not forced to bash through the vegetation around it by your recon sergeant. Just did this a few days ago, not fun...

Whenever i watch these videos I kinda wish i hadn't wasted most of my Sg. time makan at Lau pa sat while i could have become a runner instead! 😂 I was convinced back then, that those shirtless dudes must be crazy to run in that heat when i steuggle to breath just by walking! 🙈 Now i have to put up with the rubbish weather here in London and make the best out of it..No monkeys around for motivation either 😭🙂 One day i must try to run there. I'm gonna avoid the tree top walk though coz I have a fear of heights and i remember whenever I tried to cross, a group of kids appeared and shook that bloody bridge rofl 😂😂 Good old times😂

The way u put it is so funny! 🤣 I returned from London last year and really love the parks there, although I dread the cold and fell ill for a little. Regardless, remember to keep on running!

Do u use anything to keep ur spectacles in place while running I sometimes have to run without them for comfort which is dangerous

I went there last fri same yellow route but reverse direction but end up last 2km came back with wet soaked shoes due to heavy downpour
