well i have not issue with defence upgrades but i do feel that so many levels of heroes are useless.They should do something about it well atleast now equipment's are there so levels importance has been decreased but ya are going to witneess king lv100 and so on ?

as a og and a pro i recommend not focusing on maxing your base. igleat not all your focus, just take your time and enjoy your time raiding and playing the game, but if you truly want to max your base then take part in wars and find a good clan

Bro just work on your attacking skills and have fun with your th, that’s how you keep the game fun

The solution to the impossibility of maxing, would be reworking the building time. Instead of adding 4 hours and days to the time,with each upgrade, add only 2 or 1. Another solution would be to skip the building time with gold and elixir, and the skipping cost would be the same as the upgrading cost.

the skipping cost with gold elixir would definetly be a no go. supercells main way of gaining income is from people buying those time skips. they ARE actually decreasing the time costs by alot

I'm ngl, if you have a mind set of having a maxed th16 and want to progress faster, you are not playing the game to have fun. Now don't get me wrong I know that this game is competitive, where you are competing with your friends or others that are better and higher th than you. Instead of thinking "Oh I'm not maxed yet" "these upgrades takes so long", have fun in it. To me, clash of clans is a game that I only play for having fun and enjoying the proggrestion I made. (I'm th12 btw). So play the game, don't think about the upgrade time and have fun. Although, I'm agree with how expensive the wall is, and they should decrease the amount of loot for a wall upgrade.

As a max th14 I would have to disagree with you to be honest, I and others in my clan love the nature of optimising loot and rewards to upgrade our bases and clan the fastest, and we’re having fun that way. Really people should just do whatever they feel comfy with, no pressure to do anything specific. Also I gotta say it’s an unpopular opinion but I don’t think wall prices are that bad, they’re a good way to get rid of excess resources I have without wasting them, and their prices are just proportional to the total upgrade cost of an entire new town hall base

Clash of clans is not about reaching the destiny fast but enjoying the ride slow❤

They also said they going to reduce future wait times so they can catch up faster and the new this with have shorter max times at launch.

The burned-out I'm feeling Clash of Clans event RN. I think they need to find a balance for it before releasing the Town hall. Events are too much for the clash of clans imo. If there is no balance in between. It will burnout players.

I am a somewhat new Coc player and I am dedicated to 4 different accounts I’m still waiting for the day I start to get week long upgrades so that I can take a little bit of a break.

Took me 45 days to get where Judo Sloth was after 100. I did buy a gold pass once and I bought 2 extra builders. I just got back to the game after 7-8y. Yes I'm on holiday and I can play whenever, but if you time properly you can get there quite easy. The 60m in loot you get basically makes you th9 with max walls. Make the new account like 14days before end season. Grind to th7, buy the pass with 10+- days, use the 20%, get 60m loot and after 14 days you will basically have a th9 maxed base. Now with the new event and the free 5 builder potions I just got a nice little boost :)

I love wars, so I am content if my grind of pays off in CWL and classic wars, the adrenaline rush that I get, and quenched witch a release of dopamine hit after I triple is what I grind for, so I am fine. Not missing out on too much.

I agree, I think the yearly town hall concept is a stupid idea, it feels like town hall 16 just came out, and we are already discussing town hall 17, they like to talk about upgrades and time reduction, obviously the costs and time need to decrease in order to prevent a pile up, I been playing this game for almost 10 years now, and I'm still in th13, and I'm a very consistent player, I can't even imagine myself getting anywhere near th16, and th17 will come out this year, the only kind of fix, would be if it becomes possible to max towns halls in a span of 6-10 months, that's a good system, not only do players have time to catch up, but also time to enjoy their maxed base.

Beo you didn't get it, the cycle itself is the game you, you have to motive to collect loot and keep upgrading your base this is the basic game when you max one th you upgrade it to next and it will go like that until everything gets max then then a new update drops

Im an almost free to play player. I do buy the monthly pass. I do not play builder base. I maxed every base since 12 Just stay in legends league. Oh and 3 lightning spells will eliminate your air sweeper problem

Ive stopped being p2w because im about to become maxed th16 doesnt add much and i was super rushed i started rushing at th8 went to 13 and then each new th upgraded to new th and it gets easier at the end because 11-13 adds the most stuff and thats where most people are stuck and i only bought the gold pass and super rarely offers and i believe once ur at like th15 maxing gets alot easier not many new buildings just new levels and with th16 basically no new buildings get added to level from the ground up since u just merge 2 max cannons/archers for a new building that has only 3 lvs Edit also if you dont wanna grind dont worry about maxing just play at the townhall ur at and play as u want until oh wow im actually getting close to maxing it does take years tho

I only max the major defenses and army in respect to the nxt TH and move on to the nxt TH itself thats the only way

No it doesn't Hero upgrades have been separate from equipement ever since they were in the game. You can have level 20 barbarian king wreck a TH13 with maxed giant gauntlet and vampstache

Equipment wont get better just by upgrading heroes but upgrading them is still important, just not as much as before.

@@SakakiSyndrome A lvl 20 Babarian King with maxed Equipment will be shit at th 13. You just lack a ton of base stats. You will have atleast half the HP and half the damage...

I started playing a week or two after TH15 was released. I'm TH15 now. The issue I have is I like legend league, with another TH due at end of year I'm going to be behind in TH's perpetually unless I rush my base, and that is something I don't want to do.

you can go from th 0- max in about 3 years, cost reductions happen each level making it easier. If you have been actively playing and farming for longer than about 2-4 years and arent max or close to max its a skill issue. Why do you people even want to be max? Its boring, the game is a lot more fun when you have new content to look forward to. If you play just to reach th16 and max out you will burn out and quit. Players need to just enjoy the game and keep those builders busy, then eventually they will be max th lvl and realize that the novelty wears off after about 5 minutes. Everything is repetitive on a daily basis to stay alive bro take a dam chill pill

So what is your solution? Just make the game in a way that you are able to max in a few months? Make less updates so somebody who is barely playing or just started yesterday can max more easily? What about the people who are maxed and they just wait for the next update to happen so they have something to do? Clash is already helping people to advance faster with these events that give you magic items, boosts or other perks. Also they are constantly making time and cost reductions(For example I'm TH 15 and the Archer Tower time went from 13 days to 5 days). Everybody being able to max right away would make maxing less exciting and after they'll max, everybody would just uninstall the game because there will not be anything else to do. This is all the game is about, griding.

Th10 starts to hurt and Th11 is the first time you get overwhelmed by all the hero upgrades that take months to max besides the lab and walls It also gets harder to 3star your enemies so farming resources will be harder even tho prices are high enough ( excluding upgrade times that are long for no reason ) For a f2p player, last time i checked, it takes about 8months i think, only to max th11

I hope, that facistic SuperCell is not coming after you channel now! SuperCell will never see money again for me! And I found a solution for the massive problem of too many new townhall levels in a too short time: I maxed my current levels and now have totally maxed TH 14, 13, 12, 11 and 10 and also 5 times level 5. And I can war with them - will not upgrade to new levels.Only updating the hero equipment - from now on without paying money, as nobody should give money to facists.

This game feels like a ponzi scheme... 250 Euros to play per year to have a maxed experience (Pass + Events) x12 + 1 skins. I am gone. For that amount of money, I can buy all stellaris paradox dcl. Less repetitive - More fun. For that amount, I go to the movies with a girl 5 times. More fun. So ... I quit.

Your not including all the boosts you can get for free to catch up so so so much quicker, your making it seem impossible it really isent you just have to be consistant and optimize loot from events
