RoyaCanadianInfantry That's because there aren't any. The ones whom were not droids were killed, and the droids were deactivated. There is one Super Tactical Droid remaining however. It is unknown as to what happens to him after his encounter with Rex and the Ghost Crew, though.

Only dooku and Palpatine knew. The separatist leaders believed he was being captured to exploit his malfunction, while in reality Palpatine just wanted him to get exterminated.

The Lore Master that wasn't the reason why the Separatist took clone trooper Tup. In the episode both Sidious and Tyranus discuss how Tup might have had a malfunction with the secretly kept inhibitor chip which forces the clones to execute Order 66 once the time comes. They got a hold of Tup in order to find out why it went off so early and to keep the dark truth under cover. Later in the series Fives learns that they've had these inhibitor chips placed within them in the early stages of their creation.

The rocket battledroid character I made usually uses the captured clones as slaves to build his machines. Also he would torture them for his entertainment.

In canon, we've never really established that, since their season 1 meeting was clearly not their first time based on the dialogue. I imagine that the actual first time involved a lot of cursing, wisecracks, and backflips.
