I feel you with the shoulder injury. I've been dealing with shoulder injury for the past few years. It took me years to finally learn the fact that you don't push through pain, and rehab/prehab is essential when you get into high-level movements. As for back injuries, I personally have found Light Deadlifts (135lb x8-12) with PROPER form (Using your legs primarily to push off the floor) help a lot with stability and overall strength. Which means, less pain. I'm not a physioor a pain specialist, but this has worked for me since I started training 10 years ago. Wish you a speedy recovery brother. Keep up this kind of content, I enjoyed getting to know you better.

Mentioning you’re in a perpetual state of injury is so important! Most influencers pretend they are never in pain or never get injured. This sets a dangerous belief for their fans. Thanks for the truth and transparency! Good luck with your rehab and recovery (I’m currently going through the same back situation, as well as a psoas injury😂)

Awesome video, really enjoyed you talking about flexibility since it is commonly neglected. I started calisthenics a few years back and didn't stretch much until I did cheer leading. Once I started stretching regularly, I felt way better when performing my workouts and have applied it into my training.

I know it sounds horrible but Im so happy seeing an elite calisthenics athlete with his AC joint torn (I'm not aware of any other injuries that make your collarbone stick out like that). I got also got this nasty injury 1 year ago and I literally thought that I will never be able to do handstand push ups ever again, but I managed to become stronger than ever. I still feel it sometimes but a solid resistance band warm-up before every session pretty much prevents all discomfort

i've been dealing with a same type of back injury for some time, even now as i think of it, my lower back tenses up, it got real bad when i started my first job at a construction(even tho i finished uni in linguistics), so bad i had to quit after two weeks, because at the last day, pain killed off my right leg, barely walked, and my wrist injuries from boxing also got really bad, and i couldnt do any working out, stretching, because i was dead tired everyday, at that point i said i dont want to end up crippled, and even more personal stuff are eating at my brain as of this moment. i do workout now, light calistethics and lifting, with stretching in between to ease up the injuries, and im doing my hobby of music production, and editing, which i hope to do as a job that brings me financial stability, and watching guys like Mike, Daniels, and others, motivates to not stop, and do things that will work best for me.

I meet guys in the gym all the time that have injuries and they continue to workout then those injuries become permanent. What's the point of looking good if you don't feel good. I'm thankful that I never worked through an injury, now I get to enjoy the fruits of my labor and get told that I look like I'm in my late 40's

After a training the main thing your body needs is carbs. There is a form of sugar in your muscles (glycogen) and in a Training session these sugars get empty. You need to refill them quick, otherwise your body will get his much needed calories from burning your mucle fibers :) because fat and protein needs waaaaay longer to be digested than sugar Sorry for my bad english but I hope you got the point

Tbh staying THAT lean all year round is not only taxing on your sanity ( or at least mine lol ) ,but im not convinced is that good for the body. Ofc being fat is also bad ,but arent you going to feel a lot better at around 12 % .. this is under 10 and its very hard to hold for long . At least for me it makes my sleep like very bad, my cravings out of this world and my mood and overall strength is bad :S I wish i could stay like this ,but i just cant :(
