@_El_Jefe1 exactly. As if walking Thor somehow made him less of a god 😂
I feel you with the shoulder injury. I've been dealing with shoulder injury for the past few years. It took me years to finally learn the fact that you don't push through pain, and rehab/prehab is essential when you get into high-level movements. As for back injuries, I personally have found Light Deadlifts (135lb x8-12) with PROPER form (Using your legs primarily to push off the floor) help a lot with stability and overall strength. Which means, less pain. I'm not a physioor a pain specialist, but this has worked for me since I started training 10 years ago. Wish you a speedy recovery brother. Keep up this kind of content, I enjoyed getting to know you better.
Mentioning you’re in a perpetual state of injury is so important! Most influencers pretend they are never in pain or never get injured. This sets a dangerous belief for their fans. Thanks for the truth and transparency! Good luck with your rehab and recovery (I’m currently going through the same back situation, as well as a psoas injury😂)
The color tinge makes your content so unique. That in combination with your insane performance, personal style and clear articulation... love it Amazing work guys
That video style is so good, loving this vintage vibe, fits you really well - definitely keep this up for future videos, dope content! subbed 🔥
Awesome video, really enjoyed you talking about flexibility since it is commonly neglected. I started calisthenics a few years back and didn't stretch much until I did cheer leading. Once I started stretching regularly, I felt way better when performing my workouts and have applied it into my training.
I hardly ever watch Vlogs, but this was really cool like a chill day at the park, and very informative.
I feel you with both the back and shoulder injuries, I've had a similar experience but always refused to give up. Keep up the good work, you're an insipiration for a lot of people. Greetings from Italy.

Don't let training be your entire life. Let training be something that enhances your life and career.

In just about every area, the majority dabble in it as part of their life, and for some it's their main passion. I have no idea if this is genuinely his passion or something else, I'm just passing through and watching the whole video.

The flys with the bands for me was like why, why did i not think of that and why is it not in my routine?!! 😅 great video 💪🏼
Really cool that you took the initiative to set up a KZread channel Mike (reminds me of that really nice interview with Kensui a while back, that was also quite revealing 🤟🙌), interesting to see your daily routine and keen to see more on how the rest of the day looks and more on your training strategy!
Good content and follow along for the workout. Well done.

Hi! This is my first video I watch from you. I started calisthenics 4 months ago and stay with the basics and keep improving my strength and form, loving this sport so far. I have 2 protrusions in my low back (not as bad as yours, but I feel you) and is going better and better doing Cali strength exercises so I keep continue. Big reference for us, keep doing these videos!

Bueno ya he visto en otro video que eres Español y hablas perfectamente jajaja. Lo dicho, espero encontrarte en algún parque por Valencia (también vivo aquí) y conocerte.
25:42 Wasn't expecting to hear Ren here. Good taste.
Your quality is amazing. Keep pushing the YT game!
sick video keep it up man stay hard
Keep these coming brotha!
I know it sounds horrible but Im so happy seeing an elite calisthenics athlete with his AC joint torn (I'm not aware of any other injuries that make your collarbone stick out like that). I got also got this nasty injury 1 year ago and I literally thought that I will never be able to do handstand push ups ever again, but I managed to become stronger than ever. I still feel it sometimes but a solid resistance band warm-up before every session pretty much prevents all discomfort
very nice ! thank you so much for the video. i need more ;)
great video man.. keep up the good work...
Nice one! Subscribed 🔥
Awesome saiyan vibes 🔥 keep going 🦾 would be a pleasure to train with you when i come to Valencia😊
Amazing work man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Top man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😀 Nice metal core playlist !!!!!!!!!!🤘💪
A very cinematic video bro, nice to watch. I was curious how you achieved this lighting effect? Very artistic i rate it.

Working out is like a move.?
i've been dealing with a same type of back injury for some time, even now as i think of it, my lower back tenses up, it got real bad when i started my first job at a construction(even tho i finished uni in linguistics), so bad i had to quit after two weeks, because at the last day, pain killed off my right leg, barely walked, and my wrist injuries from boxing also got really bad, and i couldnt do any working out, stretching, because i was dead tired everyday, at that point i said i dont want to end up crippled, and even more personal stuff are eating at my brain as of this moment. i do workout now, light calistethics and lifting, with stretching in between to ease up the injuries, and im doing my hobby of music production, and editing, which i hope to do as a job that brings me financial stability, and watching guys like Mike, Daniels, and others, motivates to not stop, and do things that will work best for me.
Nice video, bro ! I want to see " full day of eating " next video
Core strenght is top notched.

Dude I want that Playlist
I have the same thing on my shoulder from working out so much. The doctor told me that I can continue training without any problem. It's something that can be operated on, but it's cosmetic surgery and it's not worth the risk.
More vlogs!!!
But still your physique is so awesome and remember there's always sunshine after the rain so never give up.
Mike mi motivación.

Mike im ur big fan - think u are great athlete - thx for your videos - its motivates me very much i can do 19 pull ups and 28 dips and i cant progress further maybe you can give some special advices for beginners in Calisthenic like me - how to increase number in pull ups and dips some advices about recovery between sets - and training - or maybe - some simple example program of training - o increase number in pull ups and dips Thank you
Are you Trunks from the Future? :D Enjoyed a lot the video bro, keep it going!
Clean form fair play ❤. Maybe be kind to yourself take some time off bro, don't want to train until you can't train anymore. Been there done that I love training, but went so hard that I had to take months off to get over a shoulder impingement which made me miserable. 😢
Lets go saiyans
Hello Mike! What camera do you use? The video quality along with a colour is stunning

hope you blow up. I subscribed immediately after the last video
Can u please make a video for your diet?
You beast ❤ I'm fan you ❤️😍
Never seen you before! The main take after the first minute is that you speak english like someone that speaks a foreign language more than their native tongue! In the same way that an English correspondent from the BBC living in say germany would!
21:55 bro you should invite him to a sesh with laizans he is a beast
bro falling in reverse!!! 30:12
Love the content, but I find the color grading to be a little extreme and distracting at times. Keep it up! Subbed for future vids.
I just saw the yogurt. Do you otherwise eat clean (no dairy, meat etc) like brolygainz or Scott Burnhard and master shredda?
Are you drinking coffe on a argentinian mate? I love it 😂
finally
I'm 60 years old, I'm almost as ripped as this guy is, the difference is , I have no pain what's so ever, I've blown out both knees when I was in my 20's and today I have no pain. I meet guys in the gym all the time that have injuries and they continue to workout then those injuries become permanent. What's the point of looking good if you don't feel good. I'm thankful that I never worked through an injury, now I get to enjoy the fruits of my labor and get told that I look like I'm in my late 40's
commend the cinematography, editing and colour grading. makes your videos different and special
Awesome vibe in the park with the music and the focus. Absolute blast. Btw can you explain the thing you said at 16:35. "After the workout i mix the carb in there" Is that for the sugar ? I thought it was better to eat it before the wokout for the quick energy boost.
@heinzheinz1558
Жыл бұрын
After a training the main thing your body needs is carbs. There is a form of sugar in your muscles (glycogen) and in a Training session these sugars get empty. You need to refill them quick, otherwise your body will get his much needed calories from burning your mucle fibers :) because fat and protein needs waaaaay longer to be digested than sugar Sorry for my bad english but I hope you got the point
@reiito8727

@@heinzheinz1558 Oh shit, i was doing the opposite this whole time, eating carbs for quick glucose boost and help the workout with the sudden energy boost. And eat keto after the workout. Thank for the info mate.

Who is the guy at 21:56? Would like him to see without a shirt, has damn huge arms!

Man, does it make sense to just stop doing basics for a while to pick up every move? I'm really strong let's say: Can already do 30 wide pull ups , 100 dips , 11 muscle ups and so on… But i'm yet in straddle planche and without touch FL. What your opinion about this? Could injury myself?
Hello I am French and How i can have the quality Like movie this with spécial filtre
Hello sir !! I have bulging disc at L5 and L4 . I am a breakdancer and this problems makes me sad because I can’t dance at 100% because of pain in my low back . What helps you to continue the calisthenic without pain and you do so easy all that tricks ? (I remember you said you was fighting for 2 years with that problem )

Tbh staying THAT lean all year round is not only taxing on your sanity ( or at least mine lol ) ,but im not convinced is that good for the body. Ofc being fat is also bad ,but arent you going to feel a lot better at around 12 % .. this is under 10 and its very hard to hold for long . At least for me it makes my sleep like very bad, my cravings out of this world and my mood and overall strength is bad :S I wish i could stay like this ,but i just cant :(
