What the Pulse Pressure tells you
The pulse pressure is the difference between the systolic and diastolic blood pressures. The pulse pressure can provide clues to serious patient conditions like sepsis and shock. Analyze the pulse pressure to find early cues to your patient's problems.

Because DBP is largely determined by TPR (Total Peripheral Resistance). Means it can tell us about the vasculature that they are constricted or dilated.
